    Dear @Paytm I m totally dissatisfied. The interface is becoming horrible day by day. Even simple things like viewing passbook are not accessible. I have not been able to login to Paytm saving account. Paytm customer service is wrost.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I was using your Postpaid and got a bill of 2544 for March'22. As I tried to make the payment yesterday i.e. 7/4/22 (last day w/o penalty) the postpaid stopped working and now I have to pay extra 500. This is fraudulent way to extract more money!

    There is no solution till now,transaction done on 21 Oct 2020 of Rs 5000 is not credited in my paytm bank till now transaction Id-029678687818 my number-9868945396 @Paytmcare very disappointed with @Paytm solve the issue asap, Thanks

    @Paytm unable to update new number from paytm profile, request submitted through message us but no action. Email I’d not in use , bounced back and customer care is not for such small issue . Is there any other way to reach you to fix this issue.

    @Paytm : i have not seen pathetic customer support other than @Paytm .plz refer case id 161452098 Inspite of multiple follow up , ur team cannt solve simple KYC issue under this lockdown situation and simply marked concern as resolved wo solving prob. #paytm poor service

    @Paytm I got a coupon on paytm which I can use to order domino's pizza but it was showing invalid so what is the use of coupon this is really a fraud to fool the customer please file my complaint and Get my coupon money back which I could not able to use while ordering. #Paytm

    @Paytm I recieved 3000 cashback points on 17th aug 2022 against my upi payment. As per your committement it will be credit into my account in 24 hrs. But still it's npt credited into my account. Please check. Also, your customer support does not provide appropriate support.

    @Paytmcare My name is Ram Kishore, the soundbox device in my shop is not working since many days, paytm executive not responding. First complaint on 21st Aug, ticket number 500007925714, this ticket was closed with any response or intimation. Complaint not resolved. Pathetic
