    Hey @Paytm i don't know what's is the issue with me.. I opened paytm postpaid service now I want close my account. But no response from your team for this issue. They said always go to helpmate section and raise issue with tickets. I try many time but no response from @Paytmcare.

    @Paytmcare What's the point of it @Paytm ?? Been gobbling up all your customer's money all the time and telling them to go check with the bank. The money got deducted,it shows successful in your application and yet you can easily avoid refunding saying you don't have the money ?

    @Paytmcare I had a conversation with Air India two days ago. Air India didn't receive any refund request from you. Your team hasn't raised refund request even after 45 days and you are saying that your team is working. Kindly raise refund request only then they will process my refund.
