    @Paytm : i have not seen pathetic customer support other than @Paytm .plz refer case id 161452098 Inspite of multiple follow up , ur team cannt solve simple KYC issue under this lockdown situation and simply marked concern as resolved wo solving prob. #paytm poor service

    Provide mechant bank account no kyc so the detail on digital site all is wrong and misleading, what kind of @Paytm internal check, of kyc guninity check, and not sharing though i reptititive complian, to ur office @HMOIndia

    @Paytm the most disgusting paying app. I raised an urgent issue in 2019 about my account being hacked and it's 2021. It's better to switch rather wasting energy on customer care service.

    @Paytm I recieved 3000 cashback points on 17th aug 2022 against my upi payment. As per your committement it will be credit into my account in 24 hrs. But still it's npt credited into my account. Please check. Also, your customer support does not provide appropriate support.

    Hey @Paytm i don't know what's is the issue with me.. I opened paytm postpaid service now I want close my account. But no response from your team for this issue. They said always go to helpmate section and raise issue with tickets. I try many time but no response from @Paytmcare.

    Dear @Paytmcare My 4–6 July settlement is still on hold while later settlements are released. Asking for invoices/NOCs for every customer is impractical. Release my payment by 9 July, or I'll pursue legal action and file complaints with the appropriate authorities.
