@Paytmcare I had reported this to customer care executive when I received call but no action was taken only asking for the repayment that too with late payment fees. If it's not resolved I would like to file case against Paytm for unauthorized activation of postpaid service without consent

@Paytmcare Even if customer keeps balance in wallet, not able to use wallet and your app compels to use UPI. Smart way of Fraud by retaining interest free money of customers. There is no option in app also to raise this concern !!! Ridiculous ....
