@PaytmBank @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar..(3) instead of investigating the issue n coordinating with concerned authorities, customer care is busy finding faults with the dispute form uploaded by me. Is this the way ur bnk harass user. as per RBI rules, pls resolve the issue in 7 days.

One of the worst experience on @Paytm his owner has created an organisation to cheat people @vijayshekhar,firstly there is an error while making payment to post paid and next day you charge late fees.While someone log complaint on app,ticket is open since 8th June. No one cares.
