@Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm is popular wallet with zero customer service. Even after dozens of attempts, you can’t get through with customer care executives. If your query is not of standard nature, no way it can be solved. Money stays with wallet as u r not able to spend it.

@Paytm @PaytmBank I have done a pan card update for 1 month ago but till now my account is not activated and you toll free and customer care also not respond to this problem I have submitted all details and completed my kyc but it is daily showing your kyc is due for an update.

@Paytmcare Now you are saying there is no sign in pancard when pan card and aadhar card linked each other then how you can put objections when other apps like Google pay or phonepe didn't want any privacy details of customer like adhar card or pan card then y u need details of people
