    @Paytmcare @Paytm kindly dont buy paytm fastag ,they sont provide best service. Customer service is worst,doesn’t work after 10pm

    I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago.After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen.I have already contacted customer care multiple times. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare I am unable to use paytm app in iphone since 2 days. Automatically it loggged out first & after that I am unable to login as message is coming Acess is denied . Resolve the issue on immediate basis !

    @Paytm @jitendra_j60875 Never use paytm, they sell their roduct with huge promises but at the time of need shows their back. They have no service after sale. You keep on calling but no response. So I will request all not to use paytm.

    @Paytmcare they a having such low level management of staff that they automatic switches the mdr charges heigher before even informing the customer and i suggest that no one should use there paytm pos machine for business purpose

    @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible.     @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This is not acceptable. A generic response without resolution doesn’t help. My money is already debited, but the service is not delivered. I need a clear update with a timeline for resolution immediately. If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate this

    @Paytm hi , i booked a flight ticket last night and it still shows pending and i cant cancel or modify. This is absolutely frustrating. Either solve this or allow me to cancel the ticket. Account is with phn number 7042486478. There is no help from the Help section on the app
