@BabaBairaagi @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare Agreed. Perhaps I will indeed close my account on Paytm money and move somewhere else where the support is better and people respond instead of some senseless robots. This is super frustrating.

@Paytm is fraud. Don't ever book a bus from it. Bus broke down before it reached my boarding city. It was delayed by 5 to 6 hours So i had to go through the alternative route. Now when I am asking for a refund they say that the operator doesn't have the policy of refund.
