@PaytmBusiness @Paytm Hi, very unfortunate to inform, now I've an issue for not gets paytm points. I added 15K to my wallet, that time I get a scratch card for 5000 paytm points, but not credited that point, now 48 hours more. Please make a solution. UPI ID - 9567367598@paytm. Thank you.

@Paytm why you are charging 4% on credit card payments, who gave you right to take customer money as you wish.. please think twice before taking extra charges from credit card users. If you can’t afford then stop the credit card payments...worst service

@Paytmcare This is pathetic @vijayshekhar I have already made an enquiry to my bank customer care and they are saying you guys had received the amount with transaction id 119817511949 But you guys haven't done any refund transaction is what they can see in their system

@Paytmcare See I have made promise to other regarding the code and due to Paytm glitch I wasnt able to fulfil that I thought Paytm works for its customers nd it will help me to resolve the issue okay if u can't help I m straight away going to report 1 star Paytm in play store ,bad reviews
