.@paytm Doesn't end there. I chat with customer care but it is entirely automated with no option for any of the above. Search the web, find their number, when I call, it says "your call cannot be completed because of congestion in the sector". Damn!

@nitin_gadkari your Fastag initiative is excellent but in case of wrong deduction the redressal system is very poor. Some tolls are manipulating software and charging excess which is almost impossible to recover back. @NHAI_Official @Paytmcare
