  @Paytmcare Shree dhanlaxmi general store,a registered paytm for business partner. sound box is not working after a use of 3 months. No one is picking up calls at your company. Send an executive to repair it. I have paid 500 rupees for that machine now its not working.

  My car windshield and fastag were damaged 2 months back. I tried closing the fastag but @Paytm actually didn't let me do it with multiple steps and finally showing service not available. So i let the fastag there as I wasn't going to use hence no problem even if INR 150 is stuck!

  Worst service by @Paytm @Paytmcare Suddenly they freezed my Paytm account on account of incomplete KYC. Although it is done long back.Even blacklisted the Fastag associated with it. As per agent only customer care can resolve, but Customer care not responding.@vijayshekhar
