@Paytm haven’t received my refund for the EDC machine though the customer service claim that the refund was processed in April and says you will receive a call in 24-48 hours for further Information when I asked for transaction number and reference number to speak with my bank

@paytmmallcare @paytm replied that they will check the #fraud by Logistics. I am sorry to say that @paytm is sitting on #BigData and unable to verify the records. It is all lackadaisical approach towards the customer services. Kindly get the product picked up today urgently. #paytmfraud

@Twitter @paytm Seller sent #fraud product, Custm Care harassed for returning it. Then extensive communication. Return accepted. Now their courier service did fraud. Didn't visited my address, remarked that I didn't gave them the defective product. Bunch of frauds. #fraud #paytmfraud
