@Paytm @Paytmcare your 24*7 helpline is pathetic. Your online KYC upgrade on app is super pathetic. No video chat comes as mentioned in app for KYC upgrade. Have raised ticket ( no 189260169) but no response. Not able to use the money in wallet. Kindly help
