  @Paytmcare This is a joke. I have an Air India Express Flight on 04th April 2020 which I booked using PAYTM flights. Absolutely worst customer service. The ppl cut the phone don't even give a written confirmation that they will solve the issue within the next 2-3 days.

  @paytmgold You guys are very slow responding. I am not getting responses for 2-3 days after asking a query in CC. How long a customer has to wait after entering a query? Dead slow. I will stop investing in Paytm gold. I think Gpay and Phonepe will offer better service. @Paytm

  Another disappointment from @Paytmcare @Paytm. There is dispute in my Fast Tag. No support number and no email is thereto register issue. Only chat support, they will come back in 30 days. Till that may be my account will use by someone else.

  @Paytmcare after the update I am not able to log in to my Paytm account. It needs to be the registered mobile number recharge to login . And I don't want to recharge my number and now my money got stuck in Paytm. I will never keep money In Paytm again in my life. Wrost app.
