Inspite of constant follow ups and calls with customer care executives the waiting period remains 3-4 weeks. The answers given by the support executives are not satisfactory as they are not able to provide me with a suitable explanation for the delay in the process. @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have waited and followed up one year for refund. You cancelled the ticket only last month March and the refund is yet to be received can you do the needful immediately? What kind of service are you providing to consumers?
