  @flyspicejet @Paytm Extremely disappointed. We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!

  Hi @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare , my AGENT: RRN Number: 61961 7549132: for Rs.1779.00/-. shows the refund was credited to my Paytm Payments Bank Savings Account by 15 Jul. However, Please clarify and help how can i collect money
