    @Paytm such a horrible service from your end. To close a fastag account have to wait for 1.30 hrs to get connected with the customer care. And after connecting they can't help me out and they say I can understand ur situation. U guys don't. Really annoying and irresponsible staff

    @Meesho_Official orders purchased from meesho using the payment options as Paytm with assured cashback is still not been credited and no help from customer care . Both @Paytm and @Meesho_Official playing up with customers.

    Please correct your error ASAP so that I can pay the due. As per your terms and conditions it should be 295 rupees (including GST) for 2000 principal l,not 590 rupees. I need to talk to an customer support executive. Kindly look into it @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare,I saw paytm team provide very pathetic services for paytm user. I wrote mail last week but till I waiting for reply. I recommended to all paytm user dont use paytm app or any service which is provided from paytm side. It is my personal experience to paytm.

    @Paytm As customer comes, support becomes worst same as in Paytm. I am struggling hard for my payment which was debited to merchant account but he didn't receive. Still getting no response from Paytm neither able to connect to support. So frustrating. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @Paytm pathetic customer service !! Account has been credit frozen due to a reason called pan not matching with aadhaar when in fact both are linked! Who hired these staffs lol. Uninstalling the app!!

    @Paytmcare No you guys don't respect your customer, also 24/7 concept is not for you, customer wait for hours and hours on call but not connected, you are not helpful at all, my account has been hacked past 1 month, someone doing fraud things with my account and no action from you
