asking for SIM activation details, which i had purchased more than a decade back. Asked your team to get my paytm acc deactivated to resolve this merged acc error, that too they can't do. Pathetic!!! People stay away from Paytm and it's any other services. @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I placed an order with purple via Paytm on 15 Nov for an amount of 563/- however purple didn't receive the amount and I been trying to reach Paytm but the call service is a waste of time , bizarre IVR system.kindly update me on the refund status of INR 563/-
