Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@PaytmMall @Paytm I purchased a fastag from Paytm mall on 29th April. It's been almost 10 days and there's no update on the order. Tracking on bluedart there is no update after 3rd April. Also I am not able to connect with customer support and the bot gives no resolution.
