@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Mera Paytm acount block ho gaya tha toh mere se sara documents phir se manga gaya maine de diya unblock hua or phir se block ho gaya or ab phir se documents mang rahe phir se diya but koi response nahi mil raha @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBusiness so kindly request please unblock .

@Paytmcare I am unable to use Paytm postpaid. All my transactions are either failing or going under pending status. What's the use of postpaid when I can't use it. On top of this your stupid BOT is not providing an option to connect with human. Need this issue fixed asap

@Paytmcare I've been trying to access my PayTm wallet but it shows wallet as inactive. Customer care, chat sucks too. No executive support, just automated chat that is of no use. Really pathetic and disappointing.

@vijayshekhar ji, I have one request few weeks back but @Paytmcare is coming with new solutions every time and asking me be patient. I have always admired Paytm services hence associated with it. But, the team seems to be asking me to be patient for indefinite time. Please help !
