@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@paytmbankcare @Paytm What is your team working, seems nothing except fooling to the customer. My FASTag is delivered on the tracking page but it’s not received to me. How poor and unreliable services are being given to the customer by Paytm. Pathetic!

@Paytmcare I have payed and payment deducted from my account but transition showing failed due to insufficient balance but payment deducted and yesterday I talked with customer care executive but they didn't resolve the problem and they transfer my call another person caller
