    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your service has reached at such poor level that you don't bother to see customer issues and I don't feel that Customer care exist or not in Paytm.I am sending email since a month but still issue not resolved and no feedback on my query.Poor Service

    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    Yeah sure, it still has a defunct UPI Lite account which I made on my last phone and given it wasn’t ported, I wasn’t allowed to open a new one. This has been an issue since 2023. Happy @Paytm or even @ICICIBank iMobile user now.

    @Paytm what kind of worst experience is this..I have received sms that bus is cancelled but your app still showing the journey..when trying to reach customer care then only bot which i am being forwarded. I want to talk to an actual customer care not this bot **** 😡😡😡

    I was web checking in.... Paid ₹1400 through UPI for seats booking. Failed at first but the amount got debited from my account and also UPI app showing transaction.... Had to pay again to complete the procedure.... Need help @airindia @Paytmcare @Paytm .... Thanks

    @Paytmcare your Paytm app is no more that effective and the support window is hard to find. It is better to explore rest payment options than Paytm.
