Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@Paytmcare you people aren’t helpful at all. Paytm does provide good services but the customer care is pathetic. I ordered one fastag for my vehicle in first week of March and its been 2 months now that I am waiting for it to be delivered. This is so disappointing.. shame on you

I have booked a flight ticket in Paytm 2019. The flight was cancelled by JET airways. But the poor Paytm @Paytm can't able to provide refund still.people don't trust these apps.Whenever I tried to contact customer service.. They ll say, we have escalated the issue. @PaytmTravel

Booking ID- 10371695736 I have been pleading since 15th April 2021 to @Paytmcare to refund my amount ,tried reaching out on 24*7 support on app, but they keep ignoring my messages .Airlines have refunded the money to them 2 weeks back.very poor service.
