    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Paytm I contacted to Jio care as well they are claiming recharge is not done yet. And there is no response from Paytm support. Na hi recharge hua hai itne din se na money refunded. You guys are just forcing me to take this matter legally @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare I am fighting since 2 days but unable to find the right way to reach customer service. I see a transaction on my CC that says PAYTMNOIDAIN. How do I find out what is it related to? I don't find anything related to this transaction in Paytm.

    @Paytmcare I'm not being able to add money my wallet from my card, it is prompting everytime that "precondition failed and wallet convience fee not included" what's is wrong with this, I am trying it since last day but same situation occurs, please help with the same as soon.

    @Paytmcare @paytm Its been a week now without resolution. This is a competitive world and you are taking so much time to resolve the issue with the app?? It is still not resolved!! I am not able to apply for loan. Should I go for other apps???? How much longer should I wait. No ETA so far!!

    @hrithwik_ @Paytm @Paytmcare Not with SBI tho, have used it some time back, also if something has been working in a particular way doesn't mean it cannot improve right ? Adding a layer of security is better imo.
