Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

I asked him about those entries, he said customer pays thr payment app. I told him whether he calculated this sum in sales, he said yes.
