    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare In Upi section if we can able to see all the receipts and payments total values from/to payee in their payment history, it will be great help. We know easily how much total amount received or paid to/from payee.

    @Paytmcare Thank you 🙏 Just for INR 4.96 post paid bill which I paid several times before quitting payment. No customer care person was able to solve the problem except suggest trying this, do that etc etc. I found phonepe and switched there. 4 members from my family also uninstalled.
