    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your service has reached at such poor level that you don't bother to see customer issues and I don't feel that Customer care exist or not in Paytm.I am sending email since a month but still issue not resolved and no feedback on my query.Poor Service

    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    Frustrated with @IndiGO6E & @Paytm. Why encourage booking through Paytm Flights when customer support is a complete ghost town? First time booking this way and it’s the worst experience. Nothing but useless chatbots from Paytm, and zero actual response from either company.

    @Paytmcare Appreciate the response @Paytm @Paytmcare, but this issue has already been ongoing for will be close to 2 months within the next 10 days.Since then, I’ve continuously followed up through tickets, escalation, and emails. At this point, I would really appreciate a concrete update.

    @Paytmcare They resolved the issue citing some other cashback offer for a transaction made on 07/05/2026. This is not what my issue pertained to. The complaint raised was regarding the Flipkart transaction I had made on 08/05/2026 with UPI reference number 302178464736.

    @Paytmcare When I try to reach Paytm contact support it says thru app you raise your query. This app is automated version and does not to listen your problem. What a pathetic service

    @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago 5 days since I reported issue about unused Nykaa giftcard bought from Paytm showing 'invalid' despite being in validity & not redeemed. Got call from agent y'day, explained all again but still no resolution. Need proper investigation & resolution ASAP.
