    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm i have ordered a FastTag. My order id :17473960708, still no response. The delivery guy dpes not pick up the call. No response on paytm support team. Ridiculous. Worst experience

    So just because I have used Abhibus, I have to cancel my plan and wait for the money!!! And your customer care executive suggesting me to talk with @Paytm gateway to get the refund fast.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar i shouldn't use paytm platform for any type of payment as they didn't resolve your query. They will also not call u to understand problem. Same reply each time.

    The reason why paytm is gone down in recent weeks 1. Lack of focus 2. RBI ban UPI payments 3. Competing with below sector's like stock broking, insurance companies, E commerce, dream 11, ticketing companies like make my trip, malls, books my show and many more. #paytm @Paytm
