Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare @Paytm I have booked a flight ticket from your app, Mistakenly there is one letter error in name. I have contacted to the airlines which is air india, they told me it will be correct by paytm. Not by them. And now am I waiting. Plz resolve ASAP.

@bankofbaroda I don't know your system is **** ...I can able to see the payment in card portal I have made through @Paytm and still it is showing due in card portal.. When tried very long time to contact 24*7 helpline not able to connect..they are telling everyone is busy (4/5)

@Paytm @Paytmcare beware of a booking flights via paytm book gateway is smooth like a mouse trap. Getting the money back after cancellation impossible. @airindia cancelled our flight we wanted our money back air india says paytm will return while paytm simply has no way contact.

@Paytmcare @Paytm this was the last mistake we made booking flights from paytm app. The cancelation followups from your ****** ivr menu is impossible. Machines. Taking money is easy returning it is always made hard. No customer support, we'll return when we'll return policy.
