    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    What a service! Departure time of my bus was 10:31pm and I got a message at 11:20pm that please be on time even my phone was in network all the time.Still No email,no msg of bus number details,no bus driver/contact number;nothing for the sake of anything. @Paytm @RajTransportRS

    PhonePe's customer support is indeed good. @PhonePeSupport keep it up. @Paytmcare Should learn something from PhonePe. Customer support of @Paytmcare is really worst.

    @Paytmcare Your kyc products appears to be broken. If i attempt to load money I'm told that I've got to review my KYC details. When I click on the "review" button, the screen blinks a few times and I'm brought back to the screen telling me to submit my documents.
