Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your service has reached at such poor level that you don't bother to see customer issues and I don't feel that Customer care exist or not in Paytm.I am sending email since a month but still issue not resolved and no feedback on my query.Poor Service

@Paytmcare I made a payment using Pingpay UPI almost two weeks ago. The money was debited from my a/c but it hasn't reached the shopkeeper till date! Nor has the money credited back to my a/c. The bot replies on the Paytm app don't seem to help the situation at all. Please help.
