@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

You can't expect a much worse service than @Paytm . Both the app & payments bank are getting equally worse. I did a payment at a petrol pump and it makes me wait 2 hour and have to redo it from another bank & the money is not back even after 4 days. @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare

Hey @PaytmBusiness ur customer support for mechants is pathetic. From last 1 week I m trying to add mob no for reciving payment notification but all in vain. Instead now I m not reciving notifications on any of my registered mob no which I earlier used to recive. @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have made 2 payments of Rs.717 & Rs.655 respectively using Paytm postpaid which eventually failed but the amount got deducted from the balance and did not get reconciled.Please resolve the issue at the earliest as I am being billed for the same.

@flyspicejet As suggested by spicejet team I contacted Paytm customer care but no help was provided by @Paytm @Paytmcare I need to reschedule my ticket which is on 4th June, let me know the exact scenario which will be helpful in rescheduling
