Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Didn't hope @Paytm gives this type of wrost service I pay my room rent through paytm but money deducted from my account and rent payment is not credit to landloards account after a payment is showing success in paytm app. This types of problem happened many times through paytm

Very poor Service by @Paytm No response from @Paytmcare A lot of tym I have faced with the same issues with their UPI failure & money got deducted and nt credit back to account till you complain, and they not respond till 6-7 days where their bot replies 4hrs @PhonePe is better
