I got an electricity bill of Rs 1339 and the due date was 29/04/2021. Paytm shows Rs 1339 as the same amount. But I got Otp for Rs 1362.70 and amount paid was Rs 1339. How it's gonna happen? Why are you cheating with us? Your service automatically marks query as resolved. @Paytm

@Paytmcare after asking queries at general platform ..U say to talk on DM..But on DM You don't reply back.11 days passed out but no response. A good customer care service is the foundation of customer's trust..But you are loosing that trust day by day.
