Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

flight tikt book IDR-DEL for date 11.12 from paytm - 6E175. Due to demise of my friend I have reschedule to 29.01 from indigo website. Now my ticket got cancel. @IndiGo6E is telling paytm cancel flight and @Paytm is telling we have not.
