Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare I won't be using a product where the company doesn't even care for its customers. I could simply use other postpaid apps that have proper reminders and customer grievances redressal systems in place.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic service! very very bad experience and non of the customer care contact works! Just simply no response from any levels of escalation! Wallet is frozen for more than 3 months, even after great effort, many visits to @Paytm centres no use! Totally Stuck !!
