Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your service has reached at such poor level that you don't bother to see customer issues and I don't feel that Customer care exist or not in Paytm.I am sending email since a month but still issue not resolved and no feedback on my query.Poor Service

My payment stuck by pytm transaction and after calling so much time there is no response and that is really panic becouse i trusted ok pytm no i dont know what to do im going to file a fraud case against 1 lakh rs and there is no respond from pytm customer care @paytm

@myluminous @Paytm Does the company know how to sell us a new battery and when it gets damaged, does not know to replace it. Since 15 days, 8 batteries are lying at the service center, neither the service center is giving the battery nor your distributor. Will the battery company not provide?
