@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Paytmcare Dear Team, Its very pathetic as i am used paytm postpaid facility approx 2000 INR and from 2 july 2021 i am trying pay due amount but unable to pay. Every time I received flash message from paytm on paytm app that "Sorry for Inconvenience & we are working on It".
