  @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

  @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare with this issue i am able to login on new account which is not KYC account hbut not able to login on my old account which is full KYC account and so many transactions detail are also in old account.#badservice #poorsupport #unsatisfied_consumer

  @Paytmcare I have been messaging on DM all these days but no response All I want you to do is 1. Close my Paytm postpaid account and issue NOC 2. Close my Paytm account completely (i don't need Paytm anymore) I have been asking this from last 44 days and you haven't done anything abt it
