Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@Paytm very bad experience, Paytm upi se payment kiya tha bank se pay ho chukee hai, but failed ho gaya tha, paytm ne bank me credit nhi kiya hai, help line me koi response nhi hai, please credit my money

@pnbindia A transaction was made through @Paytm which failed but money got deducted from the sender's account while receiver didn't received any money. Lodged a complaint through customer care service of the bank but didn't got the Complaint no. yet. Please solve the issue...🙏
