    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare My Paytm wallet is showing as Inactive, despite full KYC done on my account. When I visited my nearby KYC Store, it shows in his system that customer already has full KYC is done. However in my wallet it shows status as Inactive. Please help 🙏🙏 @vijayshekhar
