Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

@Paytmcare , Hi this is regarding service. I was order through Paytm mall, it was expected to deliver yesterday date 30th August. But provided number not picking call after many time ringing and I didn't get my order yet. But tracking is showing it delivered successfully.
