@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your service has reached at such poor level that you don't bother to see customer issues and I don't feel that Customer care exist or not in Paytm.I am sending email since a month but still issue not resolved and no feedback on my query.Poor Service

@Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

@Ravisutanjani I think people should use @paytm more to support the made in India initiative. At least give them a good market share for they helped during the demonitization days when the others were not available. Without #PayTM we all would have been in the money exchange queues for longer.
