    @Pushpendra198 @Paytm @vijayshekhar With praise do ask them to solve issues of customers as well & be responsible. M y issue have been pending since October 2020 even after 50 messages on appa and 12 hrs of call with paytm care.

    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    Yesterday in the evening, I used Paytm Postpaid service first time. Today 12.01AM I got charges but it just less than 6hours. I'm a loyal Paytm user I use Paytm for every payment but I think I should delete Paytm Payments Bank account. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Worst app Worst service..... I'm traveling & paid 300. Payment gets under process. Customer service waale inta drama krte 25 minutes lge executive ko call pr aane mai Wo bhi aaya to call transfer krdi.. Itni bekaar service
