    Being a loyal customer of @Paytm @PaytmMall for so long i didn't expected the support you provided to me for my order no. 13628846122. In this situation of covid where people are requested to stay indoors your executives are advising me to go for service centres. Disappointed😔.

    @Paytm Useless coupons especially in tier 3 cities. Also we get better offers on brand website itself without using Paytm coupons.

    @Paytm @RBI I called to customer care to resolve my problem but your executive kidding with with me . My call connected to wallet department and executive said my call will transfer to profile department they will help me but while my call transfer to profile they didn't help me.

    @Paytmcare I have been trying to pay my postpaid bill but somehow it was failing again and again and there was no clarification on why the money wasn’t getting deposited (obviously was a server issue of PAYTM) and i am still charged a late fee when paytms server is at fault.

    @Paytm I AM ORDERING SMART WATCH FROM GOQII FROM PAYTM SERVER ORDER NOT CONFIRMING BUT FULL AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED ,I AM CONTINUOUSLY CHANGING BUT STILL I AM NOT GETTING ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK. WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE ANOTHER ACTION.
