    @Paytmcare @paytmcare your BOTS are handling the customer complaint. So customer service is deemed to be pathetic. You keep sending some auto reply and no resolution. I will reach out to consumer court as Paytm has cheated by providing fake/false voucher for zoomcar. Paytm need to pay.

    @Paytm Paytm is actually better than other UPI apps like Gpay. Your banking services are also doing good. I’m using it for 2+ years and It never came down.

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm has the worst customer service .A small issue is not resolved after connecting to them for 48 hours. They have not done anything Just copy pasting same meesesgs via tweets .Avoid them
