@Paytm @Paytmcare @OfficialBMRCL I have done Bangalore metro recharge Rs. 500 on 02.09.2025. when i put up on the CTT machine tried to claim it is saying no online top up found. Neither bangalore nor Paytm is taking any responsibility for this transaction. Kindly help
