@Paytmcare seems to have the most inefficient and non compatible customer care ever. The chat option within the app doesnot help in anyway as it gives only automated responses and the customer care agent donot provide any redirection for email support. Money got deducted twice😡

@Paytmcare @Paytm Still no response from paytm team on postpaid fraud transaction and unknown due amount. 01204456456 CC says kshmaa chahunga sir contact chat box for postpaid. Help and support chat box is dead, no response since last 4 days. Pls help
