What's with payment methods online not allowing credit card payments? @swiggy_in Even @cred citing something like low success rate with transactions. Not really keen on using @Paytm at all. When will this problem clear out?

I have made a payment on 27 feb 2022 from sbi bank using paytm app upi . transition is failed due to server issue , its been a month but paytm told me to talk sbi and sbi told me to talk to paytm . Tell me who is responsible for this ?? @Paytmcare @TheOfficialSBI
