My paytm soundbox is not on for the last 12 days, even after complaining many times, no hearing is being done, every time it is asked to wait for 24 to 72 hours, 125 rupees are deducted for the month. The worst service is paytm. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

Dear @Paytmcare I have used your app to pay @FlipkartHealth but due to technical glitches payment done but order not confirmed. When asked Paytm to help it's saying we are not responsible for delivery of products. R u not responsible for confirmation of order too ?

@Paytmcare Okay just now it showed successful. But the service needs to be improved a lot, took about 4 hours. That's not how slow "Digital India" should be.

Ordered fastag via @Paytm ten days ago & havent received it yet. On enquiring with CC team, they have no clue of operations and gives standard reply of needing 24-48hrs to resolve the issue. On top of that, they dont even allow you to cancel the order, worst customer service
