  @Paytmcare I made a payment using Pingpay UPI almost two weeks ago. The money was debited from my a/c but it hasn't reached the shopkeeper till date! Nor has the money credited back to my a/c. The bot replies on the Paytm app don't seem to help the situation at all. Please help.

  @Paytmcare how to check "fast tag balance" from paytm APP. There is no option in "manage fasttag". Your customer number never works?
