    @Paytmcare Dear Paytm Care, My UPI transaction is showing as pending, but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. This has happened 2–3 times before as well. Please resolve this issue and refund the amount if needed. Thank you.

    Hello, @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCareI am following up as I have not received any response yet. My issue is still not resolved. I have already shared video recordings and screenshots proving that I attempted to redeem the voucher on 27 June for the same route and the same passenger.
