Brundha (@brundhareddy24) reported@Paytmcare I raised a refund request under Ticket ID 200011741269 more than a month ago, but the issue is still unresolved. Multiple followups have not resulted in any update. Kindly look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest. Pls provide a status update.
