@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I tried to connect paytm customer care guy, but its really tough to connect with u guys. Arrange a call for me, my money has been deducted feommy fast tag wallet without use. This is totally unacceptable. Pathetic service by paytm and fraud too.
