@Paytmcare In response to my complaint, at 0120 4880880 Paytm helpdesk advised me to wait till 11.15pm at boarding point which is right now a deserted place. They are least bothered about safety of their customer who trusted them and booked journey ticket on their platform.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare i had a word with senior team and my monthly rental was fixed under a offer for rs.49 and also it got waived off after receiving monthly 30 transaction but my rs.135 has been charged despite being receiving 30 transaction. Such a pathetic service.
