    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I'm trying to transfer amount from my wallet to other's but facing a issue in customer information is missing weather I already submitted it shows that it's being submitted and it will take 24-48 hour's. And it's already happened more than 3 days.

    . @Paytm is becoming real crap. The premium service #paytmFirst is useless. The benefits issued can't be used and there is no customer service to help. No wonder #PayTmIPO received such response. @Paytmcare

    @UberINSupport Thanks for your kind response, but the issue hasn’t been resolved yet and I am not sure if @UberINSupport is to blame or @Paytm is to blame but the issue is being faced by not only me but a lot more people around.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I'm facing issue in recharging my paytm fastag through other platform and from paytm too.... It's showing error that my fastag details is invalid... Although it's active... Is there any monthly allowable limit to fastag?

    It is strange that without prior informing customer via SMS suddenly you have Blocked Paytm Payment Bank Saving account then don't unfreeze it within timeline as committed even all KYC documents are shared when customer is in Emergency. Please help ASAP. @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Worst service I've seen in paytm when I call to customer care several times for my UPI paytm debit 2 time and I paid one time only but everytime operator told me we are unable to receive calls because of some ******* volume test even operator spend 6 minutes every time

    They @PaytmMall are not even giving any relevant reason for no cancellation. This is serious cheating or we can fraud @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare look into this. 15000 is a big amount to steal from an old customer.
