    @SahilBulla @Paytm Try Phone pe. Occasionally amazon pay. I stopped using the rest. One common thing between the 2 is their great customer support that makes them stand out

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had made a payment on the 15th October 2021 through the app of rupees 7300/- The money didn’t go through. The merchant didn’t receive the money but it was deducted from my account.I have lodged many complaints with paytm and my bank. There has been no help.

    Sir @paytmbankcare @Paytm have complained many times but no one has given me the correct information till now on calling the helpline number, they cut the call, do not talk to whom should I go to ask for help, I did not have my money or my debit card will get?

    @CaGediya @Paytm @ConsumerAffairs You can't talk with any Paytm customer care person on phone. No e-mail ID. You have to go thru app . Response from Paytm is poor.
