    @surnell @Flipkart @Paytm Most Indian startup’s copied global models successfully but they failed in terms of copying the customer service. Flipkart, Ola are amazing examples. It may take another 100 years for us to build a company like Amazon (not in terms of value) in terms of great customer service.
