@vijayshekhar @Paytm I am unable to undrstnd why useless bot chat box is there which can not even connect us to customer care executive wen u write there 24*7 it’s really irritating to get bot answers. Just wanted to close Paytm postpaid can you suggest any book written over it?

Every time, when I talk to support executive, I get new information. Just now got to know that @Paytm needs 2 weeks to resolve this issue. Whereas, when I spoke to them first time on 10th Dec, executive told me 2 days. cc: @vijayshekhar #poorcustomerservice
