    Just got a new mobile number which seems to have an existing @Paytm account attached. Reset password using OTP and now I see previous number owner’s info. How do I reset and create new Paytm account? Your support chat is useless. #paytm @Paytmcare

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare your coustom care services are so bad please help me in settlement of 4033:- rs it's been over 2 weaks but not any response from your team what the hack they are doing ? I don't have bank related to my buisness account I hope you take further action .

    Looks like there's a problem in ticket sale for the #INDvsSA cricket match in #Indore, on the @paytm app & insider site ! Or it looks like cheating case ! #INDvsSA ticket sale started at 6:00 & at 6:01 am, the Paytm APP SAYS "YOU ARE A TAD BIT LATE" !! REALLY???

    @Paytmcare Thanks for your kind info. I checked my DM and did not find it helpful. I think paytm don't care about its customers anymore. And if you can't resolve my issue update me so I'll take further discussion what to do? Maybe there will be any other way to get help. @vijayshekhar

    Dear @RoyalNepalAirlines @Paytm @DGCAIndia I was wrongly denied boarding on 16/04/2026 for flight under PNR: 14N04D by Royal Nepal Airlines staff (RA 206), despite carrying my original Voter ID. The staff incorrectly claimed that my valid original ID was a “copy” and refused me entry, due to which I missed my flight. This was not my fault, but I am being told by Paytm that the ticket is “non-refundable”, which is unfair in this situation. I have already raised complaints with both Paytm and the airline, but no proper resolution has been provided yet. I request urgent investigation and fair refund/compensation for denied boarding caused by staff error. Passenger: Yash Chauhan PNR: 14N04D Travel Date: 16/04/2026 Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @paytmcare I am unable to use paytm app in iphone since 2 days. Automatically it loggged out first & after that I am unable to login as message is coming Acess is denied . Resolve the issue on immediate basis !

    @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible.
