Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

However, when I talked to @airvistara customer support they suggested that they’ve already approved it and @Paytm has to process it further. I’ve been trying to get an update from the Paytm’s customer support and @Paytmcare but, they’re not even able to provide a single update.

My dear @Paytm Your men came to my house and took away my sandbox and still you are deducting its rent from my account and the sandbox has not been deactivated. This is how you are robbing the customer. I am unhappy with Paytm's service
