Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

I don't know why it takes more than a month to verify a document on @Paytm to approve my payment gateway. It's been a slow, pathetic and frustrating process. You have Rs.32000 of my money which I am not able to use because you haven't verified the documents. @Paytmcare @paytm

@Paytm is just too good with their customer care . They just reached out with solution I never saw a failing transaction with Paytm which I faced with gpay, never personally liked phonepe .
