    Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

    Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service by @Paytm and @Shrinathbus We booked Vadodara–Pune bus tickets by Shrinath Solitaire bus operator on Paytm app on 19 Aug, around 8 days in advance, paying ₹2900, specifically to secure our preferred seats and travel comfortably.

    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare
