Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare @Paytm when the loan was not paid on time you can charge it but when the loan has been repaid why there is no proper support on releasing my extra payment. Hope you pay with interest? Almost waiting for 2 months to get the solution
