@Paytm I have done a transaction on 24.4.2022 at Kushal general Store ( using Paytm business) with UPI ref no- 211464355196, but payment not received by store, though amount has been deducted from my upi acount. I tried contacting customer care but they did not provided solution.

@clixcapital @Paytm Hello Clix and PayTM, after few discussion, it was told to us that there has been internal change of Pay Later Service provider. This should not impact CIBIL score while CLIX closed the account and PAYTM app switched to another provider. @CIBIL_Official
