Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

worst experience with paytm. yesterday i received a massage about my paytm account 7206220287 is block. when i try to contact coustomer care with call they can't connect it to coustomer support. then i chat with @Paytm they said some inconsistent transection is done by me.-

@Paytmcare @Paytm I was facing a technical error while making payment on time and after every 15 minutes but the error was found again and again. After waiting, I got a late charge. Please remove this it is not my fault and close my paytm account permanently @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar - your app has been down since 11:56, my transaction was getting failed and it went to ‘failed’ even before entering my pin! This is ridiculous. Now the money is debited but not updated! Another transaction is under process!

@GooglePayIndia facing issues….. no transactions going through….. shoes that i have reached my UPI transaction limit even when no transactions have been done ….. same payment throughout @Paytm and BHIMUPI is going through… tried calling customer care but of no help
