Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare I had accessed my paytm account after a long time and it came with an option to continue with old account or start a new. I am trying to complete kyc for payment bank but it says the adhar number is used already. Help me access the account where that adhar no. is used.
