Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare When I have not availed the service then how come I me being charged the amount the amount of INR 837 LOOKING FOR THE REFUND OF 837 its not my fault and flight got cancelled from airline and they have provided full refund why are you charging the amount

@Paytmcare Paytm is a fraud. My account was blocked by them and their customer care keeps on telling to wait. I don't know why it was blocked because I never used paytm for making any frauds to anyone. I was using paytm from 7 years and now I don't think it to be safe #fraud
