Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare : I hv made payment via UPI bt it didn't go through. While ur app says tht money has NOT been deducted frm ur account bt it actually has been deducted frm my account. Raised issue y'day within app (id: 3129850393) bt there is update & there is no customer care number.
