  Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar i been following up your team from 2 days all i get is automated replies and there is no actual customer care person for this issue. it was an emergency transaction and no attention was given to this .

  @DCHINDU2021 @lkdas546 @Paytmcare I guess we should stop Using these apps for important payments or any payment for more then rs 100.. it can get real messy in case of a glitch. They do no have any system in place for instant resolution..

  @Paytmcare @Paytm the transaction failed in the app and it says money refunded. Money has not been credited to bank. Called the bank as per paytm guidance. They say they cant do anything with reference number. Need help @vijayshekhar
