Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@irenemariasaji @Paytm My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare It's been more than 1 and a half months since to solve the issue. And you say your TAT time is 2 to 3 working days. Why there is no reply from your team for the ticket. Can you ask that team and share the date by which the issue will be solved.
