Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare Sorry to say the care service is so pathetic, the tickets were closed without confirming with customer. I'm unable to place order to buy gold and it's says some issue while processing the request and you are getting this checked. It's been a week no fix

@Paytmcare @discoftr on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there only answer is transaction was successful but there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst customer service
