Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

No one answers on @Paytm , no one responds to 24 Support chat in the case. Either put money in the Axisbank fasttag as shown in receipt of Paytm or refund the money to my pnb account. Hope all don't turn like them
