Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

I ordered Fastag from Paytm,it shows delivered without delivering it and worst Customer Support Paytm have cannot contact them 2 days once they say like will check and update,now they say like they checked with delivery partner and it’s delivered @Paytmcare
