Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm is so bad at resolving issues, it is almost one month and still, my issue has not been solved. They keep asking for bank statements which I have already provided twice. Beware if you have a failed transaction with then you will have to keep your hand folded. #Paytmmatkaro
