Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare I have recharged my bsnl mobile with Rs.198 on 3 September 2021 with reference id 14947554814 I got successful message from Paytm but it is not credited in my account and from last two days even I called bsnl customer care but they are telling it is not reflecting.

@Paytm I paid 1 day late and was charged 500 a big amnt for me, 10% of total outstanding. I was not given any reminder even. How could be trust om paytm. I requested the customer care and they refused to refund. Customer does not matter for u guys. 7503203001 paytm postpaid.

@Paytm worst app, don't recommend anyone, paytm will irritate yoh till end, they will not listen to you, all are same, customer service and twitter account handler both will irritate you
