Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare @Paytm Biggest fraud I've ever noticed 1) No way to talk to customer care, it routes to Paytm App Help 2) Paytm App help section has predicided menu, no way to raise a ticket. It's as if, they help us as per their own wish. This company was Golden Goose once
