Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

giving such substandard gift cards of "Flat XX RS. Off* on Hair products, Skin cosmetics coupons are not customer worthy. Fairer than that giving a flat amount of instant cashback into account is the adequate reward. ಠ︵ಠ @UPI_NPCI @GooglePay @Paytm
