Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm @Paytmcare @paytmbusiness I am user of Paytm Soundbox. My soundbox have some problem and i contact paytmbusiness for replacement. It is free of cost but your service person taken Rs 200 from my father at shop on the name of replacement. This is fraud.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmPostpaid I have serious issues in reactivating my PayTm postpaid. There is no contact information on the app to get support. All you have is chat Bot which to be honest is not very interactive or helpful.

@Paytm @Paytmcare why you have customer help support when you don't want to help the customer.. It takes around 30-40 min just talk to with the customer executive and then he tells I need to transfer the call to another department and then again 30-40 min wait?? Worst App
