Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm anyone had noted that paytm is having a very bad customer support or I am a only person who had encountered such a worse support. Raised a ticket a month ago still not resolved and paytm call themselves a bank.
