Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare @RBI if paytm is unable to pay they should convey it to the customer directly instead they are not paying and when the person is getting disappointed while waiting for the loan and ask for cancellation they ask for foreclosure fees.
