Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm Worst UPI app in the world. Getting Alphanumeric code as OTP to lonk phone number with UPI...issue persisting since last 6 months. Not a single Customer Care executive able to understand this. They don't even understand Alphanumeric word. Pathetic support.

While talking yesterday on call with paytm customer care one of your representative said that using Paytm is customer mistake, so after getting my refund I will close my Paytm account untill that one who talk to me yesterday is working with paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytm
