Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

Customer care is useless, I still urge everyone to not use Paytm Fastag, prefer using fastag of other operator. #PaytmLootingCustomers
