Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

Hi Team @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I believe taking personal loan from Paytm was ky worst mistake in recent past. It's been more than month simce my loan and I'm not able to find out how to pre close this loan. No CX service even after giving loan at huge ROI.

2. It's frustrating that @Paytmcare is also not responding. I am now not going to use @Paytm. It's really a not good experience with customer care also becoz I lost 30 rupess just waiting to get response from customer care of @Paytm.
