Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare Agree! And that's where scam starts. You pay to the merchant and transaction show successful on app but merchant didn't receive. And the game start, as you are not able to talk to customer support in any way. 24*7 customer support option on app is just a scam.
