Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

I had an issue on #paytmpostpaid on 7th with a repayment of my dues. I paid the dues but it did not reflect in my account then. So They added an over due to my account after it. Even after the payment reflected and confirmed on @Paytm , the overdue was there of 295.

I reached to @Paytmcare on twitter for help. It took 2-3 days to continue a conversation and register my issue. I got a date (thursday) that my paytm postpaid will be unblocked by then and the overdue will go away.
