Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@PaytmPostpaid @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar your Paytm customer service is of no use. I want to register an issue but your chat system moves me to automatic chat bot where I don't see any related issue nor I get any option to open a ticket. Is this you listen to the customer.
