Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

hey @VodaIdea_NEWS i informed to you that i have recharge on my no through a @Paytm the ammount was deducted but they show NIL balance . i countineously report form last week but no action shouldbe taken please help me out.

Dear friends, dont use @Paytm @Paytmcare as your money is not at all safe. Moreover they dont have dedicated staff to listen to your problems. If any problem ticket is created, @Paytm closes it without solution of customer problem.
