Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm I have been facing issues while using Paytm Postpaid and it is showing as "Something went wrong". It has been more than 8-9 days, I'm unable to make pay through Postpaid and it is really frustrating because I have made complaints, I have tried to understand what is wrong.

@Paytm I paid my Paytm postpaid dues on time and i have the statement also. Then why team are charging me late fees, i all ready raised the concern but i don't receive any answer till yet. Please help me out for this asap.
