Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm I made a payment on 11/08/2021 the transaction was failed rupees 50.00 I made a payment by Paytm wallet to uidai website bro change my address on adhare card but translation was fail from uidai website and it was showing that you amount will be refund with in 24 hours

@Paytm today i completed kyc of my friend at kyc point near me all over in website and in the app its showing kyc is free but they charged me 50rs is not about 50rs it's about your advertisement is telling it's free you have to do something right now ,Keep Your Promise @Paytm

@Paytmcare When you say "we will get back soon" then does it mean we need to keep waiting endlessly?It's been such a long time. You could have refunded the amount long ago. Is this a purposeful delay or the team doesn't have 5 min that it would take to resolve the problem?
