Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm @Paytmcare This is a very poor service from paytm where indigo returned my 9172 inr amount last year June-20 to paytm and paytm have not refunded it yet in my account. I have opened a case also with case#187817427 on April-14 but have not received my refund yet
