Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@GooglePay I was one of the early user, it was fine as long as you were paying a friend, u can explain the delay, but when u pay a merchant and he as well as you don’t get a confirmation, its a problem. This is where I started staying away from u and started using @Paytm UPI
