Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytmcare i want to close down my paytm postpaid service but the company has given no option to, lose it down, there is no chat help Or mail to get things resolved. Paytm is a big fraud company.

@Paytm Fedup with your poor services and vicious circle of cheating the customer on every transaction and you have let no option for the trapped customers to move out from paytm. If company has any procedure to close down the paytm postpaid which a fraud do share it here.

hi @Paytmcare i can't add money to Paytm wallet last 2 month. i tried lots of things like update kyc contact customer care but still no response this is very annoying please look into the matter otherwise i had to make complain in RBI ombusment

@Paytm Paytm service is worst service,on 11 th i made a transaction but it is not credited to receiver,but my amount is debited from account,as soon as I approached Paytm service help,but I did not got money to account and receiver account. No one is responding this from 11 th,
