Pathetic service from @Paytmcare @Paytm my payment was failed on 9th jan around 1050₹, And its being more than 3 working days still the payment is on hold, Everytime I call the customer executive they say to wait for next 2 days. 😑 @NPCI_NPCI #poorcustomerservice

@Paytm most bad fastag for car. At morning I had try to cross palsit toll but fastag not working but I have 390/- RS balance in paytm wallet. After I went paytm counter to Mr Suraj Mondal said to me updated kyc and replace the fastag card.But still I after 3hours it's not working

@Paytm @paytmbankcare yesterday i am transfer a rent payment from my account, its still not credited in landlord account, current time many others platform settle instant rent payment and you are taking more then 24 hours, your customer service is useless..

@Paytmcare Is it possible to not to save creditcard details and doing payment rather than deleting card details after one does the transaction everytime. I know u save card details for faster transactions. But what is customer doesn't like this idea ?@JioCare

I have been customer to Paytm and subsidiaries like wallet and payment bank and today my bank account have been blocked. As the app say"kyc needs to update"but my kyc is complete as there app shows and i really don't know what's going on @paytmbankcare @paytmbankcare @Paytm
