@Paytm @Paytmcare dear paytm ,I have raised a ticket(3180548623) for faulty kyc(unknown name showing at my acc.) but after 14day my issue not resolved I call/messaged several time and send 2nd time all documents which they want. I am totally frustrated with your pathetic service.

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare I hv recharge a mobile number for 179 rupees, You hv charged 1 rupee & debited 180 rupees. But recharge unsuccessful by your side. after four hours I haven't get recharge or refund. Your Customer Care Executive didn't help me. what to do? @jagograhakjago
