one of the worst places to shop is @Paytm . very bad to zero customer service and friendly. they dont even have proper channel to get connected to customer care. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I suggest someone look into this than sending automated replies - you have earlier said KYC needed, now you are saying request under process. Can you check what exactly is the issue?

@sukantabera @Paytmcare I suggest you should contact @cyber_saver01 if your paytm account is disabled, I had similar experience, it help me to reactivate my PayPal account when it was hacked, sorry for the inconveniences

@Paytmcare Someone spend about 2.5k from my paytm wallet using a merchant authorization in a different city. When contacting your customer care, I am asked to get a written denial from the merchant. Do you not see a problem with this 'feature'? #Paytm #Mcd fraud

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar In fact, when I am going for a video KYC it is not even allowing to make call and a message appears " your kyc is complete". I do not know who runs your customer service but they have no idea of it while you claim to be a tech giant etc.
