@Paytm there is a serious issue with the customer support team. Customers are in endless loop of options and agents are not available to talk. Also the 24*7 help support is useless. This is getting frustrating

Was on call making UPI payment using @Paytm got a prompt alerting me of possible scam of using UPI to make payment in between call.. though I know it was no scam but great job updating system such small steps can drastically cut down phishing scams..
