    @Paytmcare When my account itself is not allowing me to log in, how can I raise a support request through the app? I have already tried multiple times, but the agents have no knowledge about the real issue. They just keep saying it is a KYC problem, but the issue is completely different.

    @Paytmcare worst. All cashpoints are vanished suddenly and given gold voucher as only way to redeem. That stupid gold voucher is also not working. Let's file a case against paytm for such fraudulent actions. Fraud paytm. Worst paytm.
