    @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month

    Hi @Paytmcare, Our customers accidentally sent ₹1,656 to the wrong UPI (lk926279@ybl) through Paytm. Transaction Ref No: 309952673067 (07 Jul, 08:18 PM). This was a genuine mistake. We have already raised a complaint in the app. Kindly help us recover the amount. @Paytm

    How were senior citizens expected to know a TDR was required when Paytm itself showed “Train Cancelled”? This is a clear service failure. @Paytm @Paytmcare please take responsibility, investigate and refund ₹3,702.65 immediately. All supporting screenshots are attached. 3/3

    @Sachin60236154 @Paytm Hi, I tried reaching you over the phone but couldn't connect. I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.

    @Paytmcare Dear Ria, Please let me know how much time you will need to verify and settle a refund transaction from your end, and why a customer will wait for so long to get his money refunded. Kindly revert the amount otherwise I will be forced to take some legal action
