    @Paytmcare I complained many times I am facing the wrong KYC Issues please help me to resolve it please contact me Paytm registered mobile number is my number but the KYC document is my father's voters Id registered pancard is my pan card this will happen 3 years ago

    @Paytmcare Last month I brought Paytm fastag, since purchasing, I have issue with scaning fastag at toll plaza. Paytm agent ask me to pay 100 rupees to chage fastag? Why should I pay if your fastag not working since the day I brought it? I want fastag replacement free of cost

    @Paytmcare I was using your #soundbox which I purchased at 500rs. Soundbox was not working for last month hence I requested for a refund of soundbox but care told me that they can refund only 200 and cancel it. Next day I called CC that instead of canceling replace the soundbox.

    @Paytmcare Ticket id 3181099344 Its been long 10 days my issue is not solved.The people of customer care has no solution for customer.They take free salary.Totally lack of ethics.This is why company ipo opens in discounted.I wish paytm should be fired by the RBI. @paytmbankcare
