    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel you people keep the customer in an illusion. On every travel booking platform, the time is always mentioned in the 24-hour time zone. One of my relatives passed away in the village, and I had to reach there for the last rites by 12 PM. I didn’t even check

    @Paytm customer care didn’t even forward my name correction request to the airline. The airline was ready to help, but Paytm never sent it! If they can’t handle such a simple issue, how can we trust them with flight/train bookings? ❌ Not recommended. #Paytm #Travel
