    @Paytmcare Hi Team, I made a transaction on september 11,2021 but due to some failure transaction was failed and money is not refunded till today, Tried reaching the support team via helpline numbers they are circulating my call and then call gets disconnected

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I just poke to your customer care regarding a defective fast tag. I am not sure why do I have to pay 100 rupees replacement charges when multiple toll is unable to read your tag from the day 1. This is literally a damaged product.

    Pnr 8340924111 is cancelled by me on 3sept. Didn't got refund yet.. @AshwiniVaishnaw The customer care executive told me to mail but still they didn't refunded my money.. it's worst experience with @IRCTCofficial @Paytm till date
