  @Paytm @Paytmcare @RBI Dear Paytm, I didn't receive my money even my flight ticket got canceled around 1 month. Every time your executive give me one response " I generate your complaint and send e-mail to team" This is a fraud with customer and paytm doing with customer.😡😡😡

  @Paytmcare If its beneath you to solve your customers' issues then I might as well uninstall your app. Had been using it for a couple of years. If my issue is not resolved by evening today, I'll remove your app from my phone and recommend to all in my circle to do so(2/2)

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare I called your customer care 2 days back for the third time and he assured me to raise a concern from his end and forward the case number to me for reference. Assurance was also given that the refund will be given in a week.But case number is not yet sent to me.
