@Paytmcare @Paytm Money was not refunded even after the transaction failed. You need to be ashamed. I tried to talk to customer care, the call is not connecting with customer care.

@Paytmcare I havent got any call from paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm i m very old and loyal customer of yours and earlier i never got any issue regarding the support. But now there is no channel verbal or written where we can raise any issue, if the issue is not mentioned in the given options.
