@Gurpreetlatest @Paytmcare Yeah, but atleast they should tell us the reason for blocking. There customer care is so pathetic, they didn't try to understand the issue and kept on informing you that they don't have any proper reason for blocking and need to wait for the backend team to respond.

@Paytm your UPI system is a mess. I have made a 25k rupee transaction and it went to wrong person and your Paytm indicate 2 persons with the same mobile number. What rubbish software you have made or released? Your customer care is worst not able to get a representative.
