@GooglePayIndia App seriously sucks. Most of the time I get a message bank servers not reachable. When I do transfer the money gets deducted and recipient gets the fund after 3 days. Henceforth I will use @Paytm until you fix your app and services.

@aash_tvm @sushil @Paytm @vijayshekhar Not getting into if they pay agencies or not, but that's another error. Well spotted. Aside: There's space for a good Malayalam agency to handle pan-India brands, for print, TVC, digital etc. Bloopers across brands, every now and then.

@Paytm @Paytmcare ordered duplicate tag on 3rd jan previous tag was damaged. Received it on 9th- to my surprise its status is "closure initiated" Old tag still active. Your call center executives not underataing my concerns and not cared to resolve my issue.

@Paytmcare recently ordered a fast tag for my 2nd car and you guys have wrongly deducted the minimum threshold amount of 150/- twice. I have 2 fast tags and the fast tag wallet balance is showing as 450/- which ideally should be 300 /-. Request you to resolve this issue. #PAYTM

@Paytmcare I tried all the ways to reach Paytm customer care but no option connects to Executive... I got an OTP without doing any transaction.. I'm unable to reach the service executive... If any fraud happens in my A/c I'll move out to Ombudsman in this regard.

I appplied for @paytm’s @SBICard_Connect credit card. First they done 3 card inquiries in my name which made my credit score down by 4 points. And now I’m not even able to check status of my application status after physical verification and kyc. Kindly help !
