    @Paytmcare @TANVEER00986505 on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.

    @Paytmcare @tweet_tickster Bro its the same with my issue started on 6-10-21 not yet resolved since that day am complaining you will be lucky if they resolve their issue they can't even cross verify bank statement.

    @Paytmcare @as_akumar You will be lucky if your problem is resolved. I did a transaction on 6-10-21 till neither me nor recipient have received the money and they still deny the fact .. Till today my issue is not resolved

    Customer service of @Paytmcare is worst. They tell that we r available 24 x 7 but they r making fool of people. I am not able to talk customer service executive. In chat option they put only selected queries. After this tweet they will tell DM us. This is their standard answer.
