@Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

@Paytm What is the use of creating all new things which are already existing you are giving proper support for Paytm post paid you guys are not having proper support team to reach them directly please do rectify the issue first and later create a new innovatives @Paytm @PaytmBank

@rapidobikeapp whenever I scan QR to pay via @Paytm, it fails and shows "invalid note length" because of the note automatically added. One of you fix this please. Very frustrating.

@Paytm @Paytmcare i made a payment against a credit card on 8th April. The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. Wat do i do? #PayTM

@Paytm You have any idea, when you're share price come from 2250 to 580. A channel anchor know your company's valuation but saby don't know. Both parties under table settlement. We think this is a start up company of my country, so we support this company. Now we are totally confused.
