surprisingly @Paytm blocked my KYC-done a/c abruptly, retained my money, left no option to reach customer care as it needs OTP which is not working for blocked a/c. Local agent also couldn't help. No response to emails for a week. Know many others who lost money. @vijayshekhar

Paytm FASTag are worst. Doesn't work after being active on any toll plazas. Doesn't reflect money added to it nor does it refund what's added. Money vanished! Their customer support is never available. It's a scam. @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

Paytm wallet linked to the FASTag has balance, balance added via other forms also vanished. Error on any toll plaza if it by mistake scans says insufficient balance! What a scam to not refund added money nor able to provide support. @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
