Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24×7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

@paytminsider hai i have booked 7 tickets for 16th TNPL matches in coimbatore.,the ticket status is booked & money is taken., but tickets cant be downloaded or tickets are noy sent to me yet. After several complaints still it is not sorted.,do solve this problem asap.@Paytmcare

@Paytm , first of all upgrade ur junk system , earlier I referred two people but ur junk system said NO ONE REFERRED THEM, sent @Paytmcare executive screenshot of referrals, still they denied. Deleted account but still getting ur spam emails. Pathetic customer experience

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness Pathetic service guys 😡😡... Ordered the POS Machine on 8th of June and its 5th July today still no sign of shipment or any details. When i ordered, the tentative date shown was 25th June but it's 10 days more than that.

@Paytmcare What sort of grievance redressal system do you have @Paytm ? I am not being able to see the transaction statement for over a week now and the only reply I keep getting from your support team is that 'we will get back to you at the earliest'. Very disappointing experience
