Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24×7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

@Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness worst customer service of all time. I wanted to encourage by using paytm and paytm for business but when your support executives showed their real attitude I stopped using both. Now they won't cancel my account too. Shame on you

@Paytmcare You have all the details just look at the images with the tweet once. Please don't fool customer and it's a serious issue but Paytm doesn't allow customer to even talk to customer care. What kind of services are you providing?
