    Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24Γ—7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I was booked flight ticket from Paytm without login but due to some reason i want to cancel this flight ticket within 24 hrs. As per ministry of aviation any ticket of cancelled within 24 hrs they will get full refund amount.
