@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24×7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm A word of friendly advice. Stop pushing your Wallet down people’s throats. Some of us just want to stick to UPI. Every-time you open the app it either tries to trick you into activating the Wallet or shows scary Full-KYC warning messages which covers the whole screen.

@Paytm @Paytmcare having blocked my wallet to update KYC, the least that you could have done is to make it simpler and easier to complete the KYC. App is useless for KYC update or resolution of issue, customer care non-existent and my wallet use stopped! 😤
