    @Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

    @Paytmcare @ICICIBank I also received an email from the seller that the transaction has failed, so I tried again but the payment which was failed earlier was also successful later. Please help Because the product has been ordered only once even after paying twice.

    @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare No gazzetted officer is required to change name in my KYC docs as my name is already correct in my original docment. Your database has wrong name spelling in records, which has no support of any officially valid document. You do not have banking experts
