    @Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

    @Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

    Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24×7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

    @Paytmcare Dear team, I have done one transaction on 04/03/2022(rent payment) through my credit card. Order ID is - 17444491906. Bank reference no. 6463881080166315906123. Amount is debited from my credit card but yet not credited to Landlord's account. Kindly help.

    @Paytmcare No can do. Already contacted customer (no)support multiple times. Was told the correct product was delivered and refund/replacement was not possible. Clearly you think that if a LED monitor lights up like a LED bulb it works fine..

    @ManabendraTrip1 @Paytmcare Worlds most pathetic service ever, I plead everyone not to use Paytm postpaid, they are just scamming people, if any of your payments are refunded back to Paytm postpaid after you have piad the bill, you guys will be in soup, they will also charge you 2%.
