@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytm I have ordered an iphone 12 mini from flipkart for Rs40999 and done my payment my paytm wallet and they send me confirmation window but the money isn't transferred to the flipkart seller , and now no customer suport is helping me on call even the call is not conecting.

@Akgautam1995 @HDFC_Bank @Paytm Before dealing with HDF Bank, read customer complaints on facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn. 1000s customers seem to have lost their money. Probably, money is not safe in HDFC Bank. I have instructed for closure of my accounts & shifted to another Bank. Have u? Jaago Grahak Jaago!!!

@Paytm - I tried to do recharge of my Jio number 7827464037 it showed as failed and hence tried 3 times. Somehow I saw money has deducted from my paytm wallet and i hv recd refund for my 2txn but 1 txn as success,OrderNo. 15432140332. Pls help in refund asap

@Paytmcare @RBI : Paytm, why are you not replying??? Where is my money? Since 22 nd Sep, it has been so many days and you are still unable to trace the payment? Will you make the customer suffer like this? I do not have any more patience to wait for your reply. Return my money.
