@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24×7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

For the last 15 days I am unable to log in to my @Paytm account. Repeated complaints via email & the helpline have resulted in nothing. Paytm is unprofessional & unconcerned. Its support stuff though polite,are clueless about how to solve a customer complaint. #Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm I am your user and open wallet with you on 2019. Suddenly you had freezes by wallet and Paytm account because of PAN Card details. It was shared with you on 10- Jan -2023 three days are over and still I am not able to use it. Hats off to your service and customer focus.

@FASTag_NETC @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm has blocked access to my wallet which is used to make FASTag recharges. They continue to pester us for submitting documents (PAN, Aadhaar already submitted) in order to "un-freeze" the wallet. unable to travel!
