@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.

I've tried contacting Paytm's customer care personnel several times, but I haven't had any luck getting a reasonable response. I've given all the required information, including the transaction ID and the proof of purchase, yet there is no cashback in my Paytm wallet. @Paytmcare
