Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24×7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@BCCI @Paytm Shreyas deserves to be first choice. Perfect solution to our middle order owes. I like Kohli, but with his current form, will be terrible sad if he replaces Shreyas. India needs Shreyas, Sky, Iyer. India can only win world cup with these youngsters just like they did in the past.

@Paytmcare, on the name of providing customer service, you guys are taking me in circles. I wasted 30 mins trying to get to the issue with my wallet but the chat bot is filled with all stupid questions and the customer care number never progresses beyond automated IVR response
