@Paytmcare i have the Paytm Payments Bank physical rupay debit card but when i try it as a atm card in my nearby atms of other banks the machine shows extarnal link failure. Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

@Paytm RBL Bank Maji Shoe (9851266530) is a BC point at Churulia, PIN-713368. Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Please do something needful to resolve the issue as

Requesting @Paytmcare for more transparency as it becomes nearly impossible to inform any grievance in 24×7 help. There r few options printed which has automatic self answers and if anyone want to communicate matters other than this it is not allowed. The chat option never opens

@Paytm @Paytmcare It has become a government agency. I have been trying to update the KYC through app for last 2 month and it’s not done. Customer care is pathetic and most of the time it does not connect. Only Paytm cup won’t help. This is poor service @PaytmMoney
