Please resolve the issue this is not on a single machine every machine shows that message.

Nearby KYC point is shown in Burdwan as Shanti Store which is about 120km away from Churulia. Therefore, I can't provide KYC service to the local customers. Money deducted from account but its showing timeout on PayTM gateway page. Also on IRCTC failed booking section, its showing status that Payment Initiated. Plz help
