@Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare very poor service bye paytm. IRCTC initiated refund but paytm show that amount credited in account within 2 working days..... means today is saturday then waiting time is 4 to 5 days... very poor service.. never recommend to anyone tonuse paytm.

@Paytm thanks for handling this issue. But I would request the bare minimum: 1. Remind user 2. Autopay option in case user forget 3. Display a message while he makes next payment 4. Keep window 15 days 5. Integrate whatsapp Expecting to remember day 1 no use
