    Update: the issue was resolved and I was able to do the transactions. @Paytm @Paytmcare you need to do a lot of improvement in your customer care if you have so many services. With such a delayed response you are going to have more churn rates.

    Dear @Paytmcare and @Paytm your customer service is very bad i have contacted your team for related paytm postpaid ( ticket id- 22091357953 ) but till now no reply from your side?? i have paid my bill but still there is showing dues 820 rupees which is wrong. fix it ASAP

    The customer service levels of @Paytm epitomised by support team flatly refusing to address my complaint. And then "CEO" @vijayshekhar not even responding to my email for 3 days. No wonder they haven't posted a profit and never will. Customers will always leave. I'm leaving today
