@Paytmcare I have booked a bus ticket on 22 oct and unfortunately my bus was canceled through operator side i inform paytm about the issue they assured me that i will get my refund in 3 to 4 days. But till date i haven't got my refund i am continously calling for last 1 month.

Don’t blame the bankers for @Paytm IPO. Issues was subscribed fully at a very high price. Bankers got their fee and bonuses. Promotors and old investors got money with great returns. All retail is left with Pay Tum Karo.

Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare - It seems you're not interested in retaining customers at all. I've had a KYC related issue and it has not been resolved till despite multiple "4-hour" timeframes! And this is despite me being a "full" KYC user!
