    So @Paytmcare & @paytmbankcare 's April fools idea was to block my Account for no stated reason out of the blue at night and now not bother to be available on any support channel. I use Paytm (& Paytm Payments Bank) as my primary payment method and bank account! Not Funny Guys

    @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare I have requested my Paytm payment bank account closure before 15 days. Still my request is not processed. When contacted support via app, they lie that your request is processed while account is still active.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I tried to pay my credit card bill using paytm but transaction failed but money was deducted from my bank account. I have been waiting for refund but there is no communication, I tried to connect with your customer service but it is a night mare.

    @Paytmcare My account was blocked (7904879291) and i have raised the ticket to unblock the account, it almost three days didn’t received any response yet, i don’t know what’s going on, so kindly resolve the issue soon.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @Paytmcare I have 2- sound box and one card machine of yours from 2 days it’s not working raised complaint in customer care till now nothing has happened. None of your representative came to solve it . One of the worst customer support I have ever seen
