@Paytm @Paytmcare is the worst payment app ever. You need help? Oh go to the help section and only get answers to limited questions. I have been facing issues with my minimum kyc and called every customer care and help section but for @Paytm 1st is Money & 2nd is Customer.

I had raised a POS machine surrender request to @Paytm through 2 call centre support call & one email since 16/05/2022.Its been one & a half month but no action taken so far because they need to collect monthly rent.Its a daylight robbery. Worst ever customer support @Paytmcare
