Straight to the point, stop using @Paytm for recharges, online payments, or anything else. They bullshit you into giving offers in form of cashbacks, but even if you are eligible for cashback, they don't give it, and even their technical team takes forever to resolve the issue.

There is no point having a Chat with US bots to resolve a query if they aren’t educated enough; specially when you may have reduced your in person tele support to a level that they never get a turn to attend a customer. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm i had requested for the fasttag closure for almost 10-12 days ago still the the fast tag is not closed and the Refundable money had not been credited the customer care service is too awful to provide anykind of resolution !!!!!
