And somuch time and multiple call attempts (your tele support diverts us to App and app pushes us to Tele), if you were to offer this kind of service in any Western countries you would have been sued with high penalties @Paytmcare

I still cannot transfer my account to new mobile number, and your App pushes us to Tele caller and Tele option back to App, if you were to offer this low level of customer support, you would have been sued by millions. Hope less service #GoodByPayTM @Paytmcare

Hi dear @Paytmcare @Paytm you customer services are really worse. I raised a complaint on 18th of this month order ID 18606492696. I am not getting the proper response at all. All they say is our team working on this issue. I am still waiting for resolution 🙏 plz help ASAP.

@Paytmcare If you can't give support over call why the hell you have started Paytm Postpaid service. Even if a person has cleared all his dues and received a no dues certificate from your end still you people are sending me messages that amount is due. Just do something asap.
