@Paytmcare 2/2 The issue is your 24*7 ticketing service is one way communication , you dont take feedback while registering a ticket and close it without confirming with customer. What is the use if customer doesnt have a say in it.

@OfficialDMRC I have done recharge from @Paytm of 500rs yesterday but didn't receive topup amount again i recharge of 500rs again didnt receive amount . Due to your bad service and bad facilities i have wasted my 2hr at noida sector 16. Till now i havent received amt in my card.
