Hi i have done two payments of 199 rs each to my glamm website from my wallet on 3/8/22 But the payment was not processed by merchant site. Refund is not processed till today @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare My Paytm postpaid amount got deducted Rs. 9968 on 1st February 2022. But transaction not successful. Again it repeatedly saying Bot will reach out with details. I am requesting to call back to me my Paytm account mobile number is 9944137587. Please provide a person for customer
