Hi i have done two payments of 199 rs each to my glamm website from my wallet on 3/8/22 But the payment was not processed by merchant site. Refund is not processed till today @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm @Paytmcare I am also able to log in through email and password from android chrome. But Without Paytm app, I am can't able to add my phone number again. Currently, No Email logging is present in the Paytm app. So What can i do???? I have also a Paytm Payment Bank account.

@Paytmcare My mother's account has been freezed. When my mother tried to login to another phone a new account got created in the same mobile number and now all her money is freezed. I have created a ticket since 13 feb and been talking to the executive. But they are of no help.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank regarding ticket no. 3150985108. Because of app error 2 same accounts are created by my reg mobile no and now my kyc acc with my payment bank is seized by paytm. I have no access to my money. I uploaded all relevant documents still no response.

@GooglePayIndia I bought gift card from @Paytm When I tried redeeming it, it said there's issue with my profile. Contacted support. Was asked to provide some docs in one form. After uploading docs, support is not responding. It's been more than 3wk now. Case ID [3-6460000032509]
