  @irctc train booking done through @paytm via @UPI_NPCI Failed transaction stuck. Paytm help chat bot provide wrong IRCTC contact details. IRCTC care doesn’t care!!! Don’t know who can resolve my issue. Meanwhile my suggestion, don’t use this combination.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @consumerforum_ How can you charge me late fee for using postpaid service without completing one month. used the money on 13 th of jan then how can use charge me with a late fee on 8 the feb. And a late fee of 500 rs on a transaction of rs 300, pathetic.

  @Paytmcare That DM is so useless. You have done that before too. Automation is great. But some things can only be resolved with human interference 🙏 Can you arrange a call back from your customer support to explain the issue in detail.
