Both @Paytmcare and @PhonePe has hired idiots in their customer care department, for every question they reply in automated answers. While @GooglePay fixes my problem in matter of hours, Paytm phonpe don't care about the problem and don't care about replying.

@Paytm just to inform you I am not getting any help from you for transaction id 163887369758 its totally by mistake I paid my hard earned 20000 rs to a credit card bill which was not mine i asked @HDFC_Bank and @Paytm both to help me out in this matter but both denied
