    @Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @Paytmcare my SpiceJet flight has been cancelled by the airline. I called SpiceJet, and they asked me to contact the booking platform from which I booked the ticket. Please help me with an alternate flight option urgently as I need to travel. Kindly look into this and assist ASAP
