    @Paytmcare taken a top-up loan from you and showing amount to be disbursed soon for last 2days.There is no option to chat and only option for automated reply service which is so bad.even small company gives facility of call support and paytm unable to afford.

    @Paytm Lots of time I contact customer care but they don't have answer when it will be unfreeze. Worst service from Paytm. I used paytm since long time and i am Full kyc user also

    @Paytmcare Can you look at Paytm digital gold which is not working from last 17 days. Error is showing. you don't have any customer care no or email id where we can complaint. Very very very bad service by Paytm. I will recommend to everyone that don't invest any amount in paytm

    @Paytmcare Not able to receive money in my wallet. Trying to call support from my registered number,call not connecting .Getting below error whensomeone sends money in my wallet- "Transaction failed as Pan details are not available. Upload Pan details for verification."
