@Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm don't allow screenshot bcs they dont want people to know about their fraud. And there is no customer care service, once your money stuck there is only computerized answer and they say aorry we can't help you, @paytm is fraud.

And money has been debited and payment has been successful but money is yet to be credited in my bank account!!! Please help with this!

@Paytm @Paytmcare Please fix your tech backend. The app takes so much time to deduct. It's slow and not good experience. I don't find such issues on phone pe and Gpay.

I am using paytm postpaid from last year, from January and February i have submitted closer request many times but still not closed. I have tried to call customer care number but there is no option to connect with them. Very poor service from paytm side. @Paytm @Paytmcare
