@Paytm To Paytm Customer Support / Grievance Cell (Loan & Recovery Department) Subject: Urgent Complaint Against Harassment, Abuse and Illegal Recovery Calls – Sriram Finance Loan via Paytm Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable and abusive behavior of a recovery agent who contacted me in connection with my loan provided through Paytm by Sriram Finance. Loan details: Loan amount: ₹2,00,000 Daily EMI: ₹845 Repayment mode: Auto-debit (earlier IDFC Bank, now updated to HDFC Bank) Due to my IDFC Bank account being temporarily frozen by the bank, the auto-debit could not happen for 2 days. I immediately started making manual payments and also updated my debit account to HDFC Bank through the Paytm app so that future payments would continue smoothly. I have never delayed any payment intentionally and my repayment history is clean. However, despite this: A recovery agent called me repeatedly and forced me to make payment immediately, even after I informed him that I was in traffic and unable to make manual payment at that moment. He refused to disconnect the call, stayed on the line continuously and harassed me mentally. Because of his pressure and harassment, I had to stop my bike on the road suddenly, which almost resulted in an accident. Later, he used abusive and filthy language against my mother, sister, and elder sister, which caused me extreme mental distress and humiliation. After cutting the normal call, he started making multiple WhatsApp calls, continuously disturbing me. He also tried to send unauthorized OTPs to my mobile number, clearly attempting to misuse or hack my account, which is extremely serious and dangerous. This behavior is completely unacceptable, illegal, and against RBI recovery guidelines. I am shocked that such agents are being allowed to represent Paytm and Sriram Finance. I request Paytm to please take strict action against this agent and ensure that: I do not receive any further harassment calls My loan account is marked as informed / under resolution Only official and respectful communication is made My account and personal data are secured A written confirmation is given to me If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter to RBI, Banking Ombudsman, Consumer Court, and Cyber Crime Department, as I have call logs, WhatsApp call records, and OTP evidence. I trusted Paytm with my financial needs, and this experience has deeply disturbed me. I expect immediate action and a written response. Booked flexi flight tickets via @Paytm with @IndiGo6E Date change → fare dropped → ₹5,000 refund due IndiGo confirms refund already sent to Paytm. 3 weeks. Multiple tickets. Zero resolution. No customer care number. No human support. Just an AI bot that goes in circles.

@SuryodayBank @Paytmcare Paytm Postpaid credit line PIN not created. Aadhaar details note updated @suryodaybenk Bed service! I have complained three or four times, but they still haven't fixed it. Paytm says the Suryoday Bank will do it, and Suryoday Bank says Paytm will do it

@paytmgold @Paytmcare If my concern is not resolved within 24 hours, I m no longer willing to continue my account with Paytm. I may very well find some other company which has better customer support than you. @vijayshekhar Honest feedback to you. Ur cust care sucks
