    @Paytm firstly it’s next to impossible to connect with your customer service and then without solving the issue your executive changed the ticket status to solved. Just swindling customers money. Frauds

    Need help! My friend recharged for his @airtelindia number via @Paytm and received confirmation messages from both. But after 10 days of use, he started getting recharge expiry alerts when calling and on the 11th day, the recharge expired. How the hell is it possible?🥲

    @N_and_ni @Paytmcare is doing scam in name of cashback. They offer cashback but not provide it . No proper and genuine response from Customer care also. I referred my 2 friends but cashback received partially. As per terms and conditions full cashback not received. Both are new user.

    @Paytm this is extremely frustrating. I made a wrong UPI transfer last night and have been trying to get human support since 8 AM. Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.

    @googlepay Every time why activate UPI when logout from the device? @paytm using secure login and no need to reactivate UPI id's every time.
