T&C are changing like Girgit to cheat customers. Still Paytm team is unable to decide that customer can use a maximum 2 or 3 codes in a month for ele bill payment. They just selling product any how.

  @Paytm Paytm is fraud....he takes money and never give refunds and never receive call. when you rised tiket they tell we will resolve in 4hr but now 18hrs pass away. this problem occurs 3rd time with me and no refunds
