T&C are changing like Girgit to cheat customers. Still Paytm team is unable to decide that customer can use a maximum 2 or 3 codes in a month for ele bill payment. They just selling product any how.

    @paytmbankcare I do not understand why it’s taking so long. But I must say the help section on @Paytm app is a joke. You guys don’t reply at all and then the ticket gets closed without a solution.

    @Paytmcare Dear Paytm, I have requesting you to deactivate my postpaid account from last month of Feb 2023. It should have got deactivated on 8th March 23 but your support chat again gives me date of next months 8th. deactivate it right away or I will delete my Paytm account.
