T&C are changing like Girgit to cheat customers. Still Paytm team is unable to decide that customer can use a maximum 2 or 3 codes in a month for ele bill payment. They just selling product any how.

@vivekp05 @LongtrmInvests Paytm is not about P2P payments. It is more about P2M. Digital payments were before but I still hate doing NEFT from HDFC netbanking. The issue was digital services before Paytm were complex. Paytm made them as easy to use as Cash. My mother cannot use netbanking but uses @paytm

@PaytmTravelCare your coustomer service is very bad. My tickets got cancelled due to lockdown, @airvistara refunded all the amount to Paytm. But @Paytm is not refunding my money. I claimed my complaint almost 60 days ago. Every time I call Paytm they say it will take a week.
