I ordered paytm payment bank debit card they send this card through blue dart courier service, at delivery date the courier service said they couldn't send this card to you due to ADRESS issues. then modify my address paytm customer care denied please help. @Paytm@Paytmcare

@paytmbankcare I am mentioning you both here @Paytmcare @IRCTCofficial You are premium partners and IRCTC is saying that the issue is from paytm's end and PAYTM is saying that they have successfully processed the payment to IRCTC You both go through it and came up with the refund solution.

@Paytm Hey Team, I'm unable to use UPI payments and from evening app is asking me change pin and even after add UPI pin(which was already active) yet it says declined by bank, could you check if there's any ongoing issue or something
