  @Paytmcare i want to close down my paytm postpaid service but the company has given no option to, lose it down, there is no chat help Or mail to get things resolved. Paytm is a big fraud company.

  @Paytmcare I want to close my post paid account but cant find option and it's not easy to reach Paytm customer care.. These charge service charge even you pay the bill immediately. Worst customer service support.

  The automated bot from @Paytmcare is a shitshow. No way to actually get your queries resolved. Bank of Baroda is better in terms of support.
