The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.

No customer care support. Thankfully i tried with 10k, my entire bill was more than 1lakh. Today is due date. No update on it
