  Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare My sister’s group flight booking to Varanasi was cancelled. The airline processed the refund, but Paytm has still not returned the money. 3 tickets raised, multiple mails sent ZERO response. Pathetic AI support isn’t customer service.

  @Paytmcare , @Paytm @PaytmBank I have emailed 4–5 times regarding a fraud case. Every single time I only receive a ticket number, no status, no action, no solution. Is generating ticket IDs the only support Paytm provides to fraud victims?
