@Paytm @Paytmcare Your customer service is so pathetic that changed a ' cashback would be received within 24 hrs ' to ' You did not redeem the scratch card ' . Firstly, no scratch card given. Secondly, why would you give a redeemable scratch card instead of cashback. Pls help.
