@Paytmcare i am tired of following for the ticket id: 3196729923. How am I supposed to operate and use the platform when technical issue is not fixed even in 24 hrs. Is it better to move to other platforms?

Hey hi @Paytm I found 2 errors in #PaytmPostpaid 1.) if someone partially pay after bill generation(1st of every month) then your system count it as due after due date. 2.) even if we complaining before 7th date of month your system blocked A/c & charged for overdue.
