It's now almost a month since I cancelled my flight tickets through @goair. The amount supposed to have been refunded by my travel agent which was @Paytmcare @Paytm in this case, has not been processed despite repeated reminders & requests. Pathetic customer care service.

@Paytm 19 union bank branches are available in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. But only 2 are displayed in Paytm. Unable to send money to banks which are not in Paytm's list. Pathetic experience. Customer care asks for specific bank details. What about other banks?
