  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.

  @Paytm Your customer support is the worst. I have been trying to get my refund from August 22, 2026. But there is still no update from your side, just your annoying AI Amy, even on email, just Amy replies. I want my refund back by tomorrow. Here ends my patience.

  @Paytmcare 2. False Information: Your support executive explicitly lied under Ticket ID: 200012727553 by stating only a "Gold Voucher" existed, which the screenshots clearly prove.

  @Paytmcare Support is useless as so is your AI assistant. Raised many requests to deactivate Paytm business and return Soundbox but it's useless. Nobody comes home to collect soundbox. Multiple requests neglected.
