@Paytmcare @paytm Mine postpaid account was closed in August and I received NOC from Paytm but mine amount of ₹2297 was not refunded to me. You are requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm Scanned the paytm code & paid through UPI but after the payment, marchent did not received the payment. Later after rescan the same code it turned out to be different account (name). Inside the PTM no facility to raise this strange complaint. Plz help.
