@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@AVINASH67338222 @Paytm This is not expected from Paytm. As a Bank Paytm should be always ready to resolve the issues before escalation. We have got many other options to switch over if such incidents hapoen and paytm ignores the customer's query raised.

@Paytmcare It’s been a week we’re I had raised a complain and till date nothing has been done. So pls stop saying that you are available 24/7. It’s ridiculous to hear this. It’s seems that your company is bankrupt that it’s not able to issue Rs 7098/- refund from past one month#paytymsucks
