@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

Paytm not refund money to customer. I booked air india ticket on Paytm last year in covid .BOOKING ID=10344883252.flight was cancelled. I talk to air india they say you contact to travel agent.i do message many times to Paytm but they don't reply @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm Many of your users using fake account with wrong KYC. Looting people and taking money for the services and not responding back after that. This is pathetic after having enough security anybody can misuse your wallet feature and transfer money anytime. Can you help here?

@snehamordani Accoring to my experience i had booked twice Mostly the slots come up at12pm and @Paytmcare helped me i had activated the notification on there app for 2-3 districts near my location and as soon the slots opens they allert and you get 10-15 minutes to act & book with cowin site .
