    I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @Paytmcare The most pathetic services I have seen from any online websites. The concerns are not addressed. Pathetic app which does not work. No follow up nothing. Serious issues with Paytm.

    @Paytm I am trying to close a fastag and application is displaying error that it has not been delivered to me. After 4-5 years of usage without delivery. Emailed on customer support but no resolution yet.

    @Paytm waste of using ur service . Totally fraud in ur EDC . I've submitted ur EDC about 1yr back & today also EDC charges deducted in my a/c. What is this??? Where is my money???
