    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @N_and_ni @Paytmcare is doing scam in name of cashback. They offer cashback but not provide it . No proper and genuine response from Customer care also. I referred my 2 friends but cashback received partially. As per terms and conditions full cashback not received. Both are new user.

    @Paytmcare Payment to cab driver was stuck on “Pending”, so I transferred the amount to his other bank account. After 3-4 hours, the pending Paytm payment also got completed. Now I’ve paid twice for one ride and support isn’t helping. Please resolve this issue.

    @Paytmcare Hi Paytm, issue sirf mera nahi hai, bahut users ko same problem face ho rahi hai. “Free Shipping All India” dikhane ke baad checkout me extra shipping charges add karna misleading lag raha hai. Please is issue ko publicly clarify karein aur jaldi resolve karein. Thanks.

    @Paytmcare That’s what I want to contest hence my post. The resolution you provided is that you washed your hands off stating that that gift card has already expired and my reasoning is my gift card was not available for me to use for 6 months because of glitch at ur end.
