@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@Paytm @Paytmcare in mi devices Paytm is not able to detect SMS and for that reason I am not able to login. Can you please enable the option to write OTP manually. Basically it is happening in the dual apps.

@Paytmcare I have paid my paytm postpaid bill of 8992.79 three times due to any technical issues on March 03,2022. Now paytm is not refunding the exceed amount of 17985.58 after multiple complaints by me. Plz take concern.

@MitaliLive @Paytm Yes yes. But who will ask management and regulator? Reliance power which was subscribed at 540 but went down to 3-15 over many years. Anyway That’s a different story altogether. But this @paytm in just five months went down so so low. ( subject to correction)
