@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytmcare The resolution is worthless, you're telling me that cashback points will take 24 hours to get credited, this is the exact problem, points have not been credited since 9th March and 10th March which is well above the 24 hours mark.

@Paytm Biggest action should be taken against paytm application. Paytm application is not secure. Yesterday there was a fraud transaction of 30K from my heart phone, I talked to Paytm people, they are not doing any help.

Absolutely pathetic customer support from @Paytm. Booked two international flights from two different carriers and the name shows incorrectly on the Airline websites with tittle as suffix of the first name.

@Paytm @Paytmcare you have one of the worst customer care helpline setup. Cashback points are supposed to be credited within 24 hours as per the terms of the offer yet it has been more than 96 hours/4 days. Pathetic service & not able to get through to an agent.. NOT RECOMMENDED
