    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    Asked @paytm question on why I can't set automatic payment using credit card,1st they posted canned content "on how to setup automatic payment" which I didn't ask for help on & then took 3 days to come up with "u can setup automatic payment using UPI, Paytm Wallet, or Netbanking"

    @Paytm Dear sir for purchasing a course on study iq, I used paytm but my two payments through paytm had been failed on 22nd march 2022 but amount (499×2=998) has been deducted from my account and till today i didn't got the amount back to my account.Please resolve this issue.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio why your service sucks ? First u don't have decent postpaid plans in jio fiber...Now for prepaid ur payment gateway partner @Paytmcare sucks. 2. Even with these kind of pathetic service u don't allow customer any grace period on internet.Time to move on

    NO support for PayTM postpaid I have never used the Postpaid service however there is a Loan in my account as per the CIBIL report and the amazing thing is I have never activated the account. I can share more details to fix the dispute @Paytmcare

    @Paytm one of the worst service from Paytm as I have transfer amount to my bank account but amount is deducted from credit card but it's not showing in my bank account . One of the worst service ever

    @Paytmcare No resolution provided, only pre recorded type replies like give us some time etc... You asked to wait for 48 hours now received msg through Paytm care to wait till 2nd April EOD. Worst customer service experience i Ever had with any company
