@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

It’s been more than 15 days since I jave raised ticket for flight ticket refund. Unfortunately, I have been still waiting for refund and worst customer service. Airline @flyspicejet company already issued refund to you @Paytmcare on 1st December. Why too delay paytm ?
