@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

Paytm is now started sharing credentials to the frauds ,I have complained about my wrong dedction of wallet but they are unable to rectify it .and the worst customer service aftr 30 min of wait they disconnect call ,plz share as much as possible @Paytm @Paytmcare @consumerforum_
