@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@paytm I think there's a glitch in your app your app is not allowing me to process a credit card application stating an error that my age doesn't meet the criteria and I m born in 97 so I think you should check that out and inform me when the glitch is fixed

@Anchalsrivast19 I believe you didn't receive any resolution but jst an apology message. Till this date, this bus service exist on Paytm with fake reviews, all the 5 star review made on same day, nd operator is consistently making travel a bad experience with hlp of Paytm. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

While contacting the operator again who was very rude to even listen to the issue said I can't do anything do whatever you want I cannot cancel it. I also messaged @Paytm on twitter but no response from the side as well.
