    @Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

    I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

    @Paytmcare you guys solved a ticket which has been pending for more than 3 months. Very shameful practices. Just because you can’t accept a fault or have the ability to correct you, you can’t try the patience and carefulness of a customer.

    @BCCI @Paytm The problem with any management these days is their stubborness to prove their miscalulations right and satisfy their ego!Why no Arshdeep/Malik in place of Avesh/Harshal & why no Bisnoi over Chahal Having continuity is good but not like this!All 3 seamers in XI are 1 dimensional

    Really frustrated with the #paytm customer reps ; Firstly you arent able to reach them through the app( there u can only talk to a bot ) ; through twitter @Paytmcare u can contact them after some 'tweets' but they frustrate u like anything @Paytm
