@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm Your customer service is the worst. I've been trying to unblock my acc since 5 days. I've submitted all the required details 3-4 times a day and still I get no response. Please do something as i need to do urgent transaction from my account.

@Paytmcare why doesn't your customer care ever reach an executive? Terrible and extremely frustrating customer service. Have been trying in vain to get through over those useless automated messages! And your chat option is also some auto responses not even a real chat. Pathetic.
