@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

All frauds are in @Paytm @Paytmcare i call customer care they said you will get 125 rs cashback when you receive 100 payment on soundbox but did not receive a single rupee sale person say sound box is free and no charge will deduct but 125 is deduct from my merchant account.

@Paytm team is really good at making fake promises. They're still not able to resolve a simple login issue. They wake up with a tweet and sleep again. It had been more than 3 weeks now @RBI @vijayshekhar

Got block Paytm is washing out it's good image with it's poor service. It used to be one of the best bank in digital India but since last few months, many geniune customers got their account blocked with good balance without any valid reason. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank
