@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytmcare For KYC there is issue in reopening closed account. A ticket 3207638732 is raised on 14th Aug to resolve. On 24th Aug I was informed that I will receive sms in 48 hrs to give call on toll free no. and post that my old account will be activated. Still I didn't receive.

@Paytmcare Now Paytm asking for couple of docs to correct the policy. However I used paytm service only bcos I got msg from you mentioning that Renew policy easily online without any docs. This is wrong and manipulative marketing method. #paytm #insurance

Very bad services by paytym and aditya birla.They stopped postpaid services even after doing the payment within 30 days.bill was generated on 7th so on 7th sept they completing 30 days cycle. Please do not opt for the service @AdityaBirlaGrp @Paytm #adityabirlafinance

@Paytmcare The Paytm KYC process is very misleading and can be called extortionery. First Paytm will revoke kyc to make customer to go for re-kyc. They would advertise kyc process is free but none of their would do kyc untill Rs50 per customer is paid in cash.(1/2)

@AdityaBirlaGrp hello. Ur side no of calls received for Paytm postpaid related.I am not used amount.. 4200 fruad issue. I says same thing ur customer service persons.. but no.of calls received.. this is not correct.. first issue solve nxt contact karoooo.. worst paytm @Paytm
