@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare Im still getting calls on daily basis- regarding Late Fee Collection, when it was clearly waived off by your Supervisor. I have Dm as well, and I have also raised request on App- yet no help. Late fee still showing up- and getting unnecessary calls. Check Dm plz.
