@Paytm i started to use around 5 years back. i must say there is a huge difference in terms of customer satisfaction then and now. we were getting lots of offers and cashbacks but nothing now. #timetoswitch @vijayshekhar

@NHAISocialmedia Sir, paytm guys harassing me. Card purchased on 28 Nov Not delivered to me. Cancelled on 9th Jan (after a long fight) I took new from NHAI, but not working as the old one is not deactivated till now. I am forced to pay double on toll @Paytm

I have logging Paytm app in my old account but there is created new account same number, so my old account details not show with my fastag and I have called payment coustomer care but they talked with me rudely still they haven't resolve my problem @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

Really disappointed with @paytm @Paytmcare. So much restriction to use the services. You need to have same mobile number to login on app so you can send money, login on web. This is such a bad tactics. How can i delete my account and data permanently?

@paytmbankcare Why @paytm restricting users to login using QR code desktop? Why it is restricting users to have the Paytm app installed and now also required the same SIM number. This is is general issue. Kindly share the option to delete my account.
