    @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response

    @vijayshekhar INSTEAD OF POSTING ALL THIS. STAR WORKING ON YOUR COMPANY. @Paytm @PaytmCheckin are FRAUDSTERS. You guys let people book cancelled flight and then not even process a refund. PAYTM ALSO DOESN’T HAVE ANY CC NUMBER TO CONTACT AN AGENT AND KNOW THE STATUS.

    Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service by @Paytm and @Shrinathbus We booked Vadodara–Pune bus tickets by Shrinath Solitaire bus operator on Paytm app on 19 Aug, around 8 days in advance, paying ₹2900, specifically to secure our preferred seats and travel comfortably.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.

    @flyspicejet What the hell is going on, @flyspicejet? Taking bookings and cancelling flights at the last minute is absolutely unacceptable. SG 709 (Srinagar–Jammu 29 Aug) some passengers are informed, others arent, What kind of service is this? #SpiceJet #FlightCancellation @Paytm
