@Paytmcare My wallet is frozen randomly for the want of KYC which I discover on a road trip trying to load up my fastag. The in-app KYC flow doesn't work because @paytm app is absolutely buggy. No human support on call, IVR only. @RBI - this KYC madness has to stop. What a pain

Pathetic customer support @Paytm @GooglePay @PhonePe . I've been trying to reset my pin from past few days but unable to do it . The chatbots they have are useless. You can't connect to anyone who will give you any solution. Never gonna use any of the app again.

@Paytm - we are having a really bad experience with Paytm Postpaid settlement. Raised multiple tickets but still not getting any response. It's been a headache. Why so you guys have "get help" section if customers won't get any help from there.

Dear @Ludhiana_Police When I was in Ludhiana last week, someone stole Rs 99450 from my Citibank credit card and transfer it to @Paytmcare rental. According to @MumbaiPolice, I filed an FIR in Ludhiana since I was there at the time of the crime. do help me please
