  I have booked air ticket but wrongly I have press wrong date due to which I want to call you for refund but none of your customer care number is working it is very pathetic condition with Paytm with which I was doing lot of payments one of their number say you are not registered with us. I have just lost 6000 rupees but future I will not use Paytm and I'll suggest other also @Paytmcare

  @Paytm Curious how the refund path is gated here — payment descriptions and customer notes are free text a merchant's customers control, so the model reading them to reconcile is reading strings someone else wrote. Read-only lookups I'd worry less about, but the moment refunds are trigg

  @Paytm @vijayshekhar The biggest problem why I prefer Gpay over paytm for upi use is below. 1 - If I have to open The app for upi payment it loads late because of so many options on screen. 2 - Too congested options compared to GPay .

  Hey @PaytmCare, my support ticket (200012349631) was closed by your team without a refund. I accidentally redeemed just ₹100 from my ₹2,381 flight voucher due to a lack of single-use warnings. As a regular user, I request a goodwill refund of my remaining balance. Please help🙏
