    @Paytmcare Cashback promised of Rs 50 has still not been credited to my account despite meeting all the conditions laid down. That is the reason why Paytm has lost its credibility. Don't promise which you can't fulfil or just don't promise at all as making excuses does no good

    This is a complete failure of service! @PaytmCare replaced my device after so much harassment, and the new Soundbox died within 3 days. Who will compensate for my business loss, @vijayshekhar? Stop giving automated replies and resolve this now! Ticket ID: 500009091758 @Paytm

    Dear @PaytmCare, I’ve been chasing a resolution for unauthorized Soundbox charges despite having a 'Lifetime Free' plan. Despite multiple DMs and assurances, the issue persists. I need a permanent fix & refund today, or I’ll be forced to escalate to the Nodal Officer. #Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have a Paytm business account. I don't have any sound box but they deducted Rs. 496/- every month from last 2 month. The customer care number is not working. Invoice No: 8564169787 Invoice Date: 31.05.2026. this is fraud.

    @NPCI_NPCI UPI doesn't work with Nepali e-sewa bank QR code, Gpay throws an error but @Paytmcare stupidly considers the mob. no. info captured in the QR to be an indian number instead and facilitates sending ₹ to that number. I, out of habit and in a hurry, ended up losing money
