    @Paytmcare Stop fooling us! Since many months you are Telling that refund is initiated and now, the refund is successful last month 21/06/21. If it is successful why should I ask.. stop cheating I can share screen shot of so called Paytm wallet..or should I go for legal service

    @Paytm I recently added money in my wallet from paytm bank. Money was debited but it showed transaction failed and your customer care is not responding to this issue.

    @Paytm i already update my kyc documents 3times but money isn't receive in my paytm payments bank.... My ticket no.194571663 they said that there will be no problem in future but the problems continues. If there is no solution to this problem, will I close the account?

    @Paytmcare Cancellation is not done by my end Nor I have initiated the cancellation and refunds it’s your tie-up and in this COVID circumstance you have to understand every consumer will not do multiple times booking and loose the money. @HardeepSPuri please help

    @Paytm I contacted to Jio care as well they are claiming recharge is not done yet. And there is no response from Paytm support. Na hi recharge hua hai itne din se na money refunded. You guys are just forcing me to take this matter legally @Paytm @Paytmcare
