@Paytm @Paytmcare Dear team, I can't download INVOICE of orders for Electricity from MSPDCL, Manipur. I can't even COPY the generated voucher code from the screen itself so that I could share the code. Even screenshot is denied. May be it is a problem in Android. So, guide me!!!

@Paytmcare , your republic day offer on Mistore turn to nightmare, after adding an amount to paytmwallet, no OTP is coming and after so many attempt OTP has been block, complaint for this after one reply not yet reply, what a services, pathetic of this

Wow, it's been 2 months and no one is willing to help with my refund @alibaba_cloud @Paytm it has been a horrendous experience. Have some courage and be accountable. I need my refund.

Worst Service always by paytm for his customers. I tried remove my 2nd no. From notification last 2months. But after 2-3 mails it’s not removed till now. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare any update on my complaint? I'm yet 2 login into my account? Why can't u gv an alternative of mobile OTP if u cant send OTP on the number? I used 2 think innovation & empathy with the customer is at core in the Paytm of @vijayshekhar Bt i was wrong. Thx 4 lesson

@Paytmcare Total 50 days passed still paytm has not resolved my problem. This is an example how worst paytm customer support is and still shamelessly they DM me that have patience we are working on it. I dont know when the hell Rs 295 is waived off.

Reply I got was that we have to contact bank as Paytm is just service provider When contacted bank, they say they can't do anything, I hv to contact merchant/vendor. This is something which needs to be addressed with UPI
