The app asks for offline KYC at physical stores. Visited 4 stores today, as per the app. None have the know how on How to do the KYC. Such a pathetic company. Trash service.

The issue is there is no proper way to reach Paytm postpaid customer care team. The chat do not have adequate options, no call number on app, after calling no Paytm postpaid option and very difficult to reach human interface!

Has not cared to even check the bank details properly and this has resulted in problem to me. They have taken advance payments for machines…….
