    @Paytm @Paytmcare even after submitting the cancelled cheques and giving all documents, the team at Paytm namely Mr ganesh Bhagwat. Has not cared to even check the bank details properly and this has resulted in problem to me. They have taken advance payments for machines…….

    @Paytmcare my registered mobile no. 8879880689. I have already paid the paytm postpaid bill on 31st Jan 2023 still late payment charge was applied...pathetic service by paytm please call to discuss.

    @Paytmcare after filling my wallet and to finish KYC is the biggest hassle I have faced yet . I need to simply update my name with my original Adhar . Either refund my money back to credit card or sort this out . Ridiculous customer service

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have been trying to close my paytm postpaid account since 2 months. Your customer care is also not proper. No way to connect to customer care agent. Because of this postpaid account it is affecting my credit report. Please deactivate my account.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare your app basically doesn’t have a help feature. The bit is beyond pathetic. Used to advocate you over gpay etc. order 202208141123440046 didn’t get cash back as offered in Social Carter Road. No way to even contact. Just not says here is discount to macD

    @Paytm would have to say your customer support for POS machines for merchants is quite useless. Multiple complaints and tickets raised yet no resolution. No wonder your stocks prices are sinking

    I did transaction on 9th April 12:00am on Paytm the payment failed on paytm but money was deducted from my bank account and has not been reversed yet please help and look into it @KotakCares @Paytmcare
