To help resolve this, we’ve already reached out to our lending partner for an alternate payment option and are currently awaiting the required details.     My Paytm account suddenly got logged out and now it says “your mobile number has been blocked.” My bank account and UPI work on other apps. I also have ₹1700 stuck in UPI Lite. I cannot even access support because login is required. Please help escalate this issue.@Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am sorry to say that a single genuine matter has not been resolved even after more than a dozen requests. Such indifferent attitude towards your customer is very disappointing. Please see and settle.
