On 16 Dec 22 a tried to make a payment of 1200/-.The amount was deducted from my wallet but merchant didn't receive the same. I made numerous complaints to the customer care but till date no refund initiated.

At the time the screen showed that I entered wrong PIN and the machine ejected my card. Then I got a msg that the money has been withdrawn. I used PayTM Rupay DC. PLEASE HELP! URGENT!!!
