  @Paytmcare @Paytm Hi team i booked an appointment for kyc but the agent failed to do kyc WITHOUT adhaar card. Agent selected option without adhaar but getting error on his device. Let me know what details u need.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm Today I tried to book ticket from IRCTC(JP to MMCT) and paid via PayTM payment gateway. Money deducted from account but its showing timeout on PayTM gateway page. Also on IRCTC failed booking section, its showing status that Payment Initiated. Plz help

  @Paytmcare @Paytm Harassed by forced delivery of an old, broken Soundbox! Deducting unauthorized charges despite 'lifetime free' promise. Ticket #500007029542 pending forever, executive never visits, chatbot stuck in a loop. Refund & deactivate NOW or I'll go to RBI.

  @Paytmcare After i registered complain on Paytm support …someone called claiming to be Paytm employ and then he called me and took all my Paytm and bank account detail and video called me to help set up saved account in Paytm ..do you guys do this I think i am getting scammed again😭😭

  @Paytmcare your Paytm app is no more that effective and the support window is hard to find. It is better to explore rest payment options than Paytm.

  @Paytmcare Bought aldo gift card n it has been refused in store - as contacted customer care via app no response just robot generated replies Store staff is refusing it and telling me to contact to paytm itself

  @Paytmcare I think you don't understand simple english. No help is provided so far. I still didn't get my upi lite balance. Would advise everyone to uninstall Paytm and switch to another upi app.

  @Paytmcare have been emailing and calling support team, yet there has been absolutely no response. Refund for Order ID (26712827154) has already been processed by airline but not credited by Paytm. If not resolved ASAP I am left with no other option but escalate with DGCA & NCH
