@Paytmcare @Paytm Hi team i booked an appointment for kyc but the agent failed to do kyc WITHOUT adhaar card. Agent selected option without adhaar but getting error on his device. Let me know what details u need.

@santoshpatnaik @virsanghvi @Paytm Don't care about who sponsored who. But their customer service sucks. There is no direct way to talk to a human in the company and in emails, there is non eneding loop where everytime they will ask the same thing and will reply with a template message.

@Paytm Recently I lost my phone in which my Paytm Payment Bank login,but after some time when I try to login my Paytm Payment Bank in another phone then my account is not opening and also when i reached Paytm customer support then they said no any bank account link to my number.

@Paytm such a worst customer care service and bad experience with you guys. I have never taken any loan from paytm and it is showing I have taken loan of 1000 INR. For the same I contacted your customer support (Priya) se resolved my ticket without resolving my case. 👎
