Hi @Paytm. Is this your way by behaving with your customers. I'm using paytm postpaid since a very long time. I'm paying it in on time for months now. This is the first time I have delayed the payment. For this I have received call from the customer care multiple times.

@Paytm @Paytm when i sent money to anyone then money sent with my name but anyone sent money to me then money not received in my account , it goes to some other paytm account named Durga Snacks. I raised same issue two year ago but not get any solution till now. What can i do ?

@Paytm @PaytmBank You guys are making fool to the customers. You deduct the amount from the customers without any reason. I appeal to all that don't use the Paytm because money is not safe with Paytm. Even they don't have customers care service they also don't reply of chat. They are doing fraud.
