@Paytmcare @Paytm Hi team i booked an appointment for kyc but the agent failed to do kyc WITHOUT adhaar card. Agent selected option without adhaar but getting error on his device. Let me know what details u need.

I want to download invoice for my recent recharge. However when I downloaded the receipt from the PayTm app it clearly states it is not an invoice, just a transaction receipt. Can you help me with an actual invoice? thanks! @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I was chrged extra convenience fee for my order id 17706753725. I was charged an extra convenience fee of almost 3% for the amount. I am not getting any sort of help from your paytm care. They are denying that we dont have any sort of department to resolve your concern

@Paytmcare ubelievable! My e-commerce payment gateway despite being upgraded and verified is suddenly not able to accept payments. Literally have 10s of customers messaging me. Plus you say 24*7 service, but I can't get hold of anyone. Can someone attend to this urgently!!!

@Paytm @vijayshekhar your customer support services are very poor. I'm escalating a small issue since Feb 2021and your team is denying to resolve the same. So I have decided to deactivate my Paytm account permanently for facing pathetic services from your end.

@Paytm I raised a ticket in Paytm 24×7 support in paytm for canceling my Beast ticket booked via paytm in Sangam Cinemas Chennai for 7.50 a.m on 16.04.2022 at 6.00 pm and I was promised that an executive will contact me but I am yet to receive any response from customer support
