@Paytmcare @Paytm Hi team i booked an appointment for kyc but the agent failed to do kyc WITHOUT adhaar card. Agent selected option without adhaar but getting error on his device. Let me know what details u need.

@Paytm - Unable to add money to wallet. Seems like a bug. 24x7 chatbox not helpful at all. Irrelevant questions and responses wherein you cannot even write what the actual problem is. Had to add money via wev portal! Mobile app not responding to 'Add Money'.
