@Paytmcare @Paytm I have waited and followed up one year for refund. You cancelled the ticket only last month March and the refund is yet to be received can you do the needful immediately? What kind of service are you providing to consumers?

@Paytmcare Sent you a dm. This is the order id/ UPI reference no - 228537030888.Merchant refunded the money 11 days back - RRN no - 228944801445. There is absolutely no help from customer care channels on why the money is not refunded

@Paytm Issue with bus operator incorrect details provided the pickup is not done not contacted for the pickup when I reached at office location the office was also closed. I want my refund my money. The bus operator service is very bad kindly stop providing such kind of services

@vickyd00786 @Paytm @paytmbankcare Hello, Is your issue resolved? My money is stuck with paytm and they won't even respond properly. It's been 12 days and the customer service is so arrogant. They won't even answer properly. Would paytm wait if customer delays the payment?

So guess it caught his attention, Praise is for valuing such things and understand a) What other people are thinking b) Are there other such experiments c) Is this helping them from QRs not getting tear down by competition etc?
