You cancelled the ticket only last month March and the refund is yet to be received can you do the needful immediately? What kind of service are you providing to consumers?

There is no reply from paytm no customer support, just a mod chatbox on which you get no reply. Its been 11 days still waiting for refund without any reply. Never use #paytm

The credit won't be required. Moreover, got similar or much worse feedback for nuego when discussed the same with other frequent travellers.
