@Paytmcare @Paytm I have waited and followed up one year for refund. You cancelled the ticket only last month March and the refund is yet to be received can you do the needful immediately? What kind of service are you providing to consumers?

I am still awaiting my refund from @Paytm for a flight cancelled due to operational issues. Checked with the Airline @GoFirstairways and was informed that they had initiated full refund amount. But i never received from @Paytm can you let me know the reason? Disappointed!

@Paytmcare Wrong commitment by callers of Paytm, I used Paytm postpaid service & missed bill payment. Got call from customer care to make payment at the time of call to waive off extra charges/fees. But still not waived off its already 10 days gone.
