    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have waited and followed up one year for refund. You cancelled the ticket only last month March and the refund is yet to be received can you do the needful immediately? What kind of service are you providing to consumers?

    @Paytmcare last 15 days I am unable to use my wallet ,I raised lot of time complaints.what ever documents required as you want that also submitted.but still I facing issue .may I know that how much time it will take ? I want to know also how other no is connected in my pan card ?

    @Paytmcare can you help to cancel and close my account please? I am in the process of closing all payment apps and plan to keep only BHIM. Mobikwiks responded quickly and closed it. But Paytm is dodging it.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I'm unable to make any UPI Payment from Paytm App from the past few days, All transactions are getting declined stating "UPI Risk Policy" whereas I'm able to make payments from other UPI Apps easily. And it is so hard to connect to Customer Care thru your app.

    One of the worst experiences with no proper way to connect with a real customer support Every issue gets stuck with an AI chatbot loop,booked flight and need resuceduling but it's not happens When it’s your money, you need human help, not endless automation. Fix this! @Paytm
