    @Paytm I tried to scan twice when I made a purchase at Adayar anthabahavan both the occasion it failed. It kept on saying check the time and keep in automatic mode. Time had no problem and was kept in auto mode. Next there is no use giving vouchers we don't use. Give general cashback.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have waited and followed up one year for refund. You cancelled the ticket only last month March and the refund is yet to be received can you do the needful immediately? What kind of service are you providing to consumers?

    Hi, Is there any down issue in paytm. Most of the shops saying paytm is not working and now I tried to make a payment that also not successful. 🤐Y can't paytm give a popup stating its under maintenance or something else by the beginning itself. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney

    @Paytmcare last 15 days I am unable to use my wallet ,I raised lot of time complaints.what ever documents required as you want that also submitted.but still I facing issue .may I know that how much time it will take ? I want to know also how other no is connected in my pan card ?

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @Paytm Why my ticket was cancelled without my consent. Such a waste of time. Paytm should be heavily fined ,No coustomer care support, You just replaced Human to AI bot, giving same irrelevant answer all time.

    @Paytm Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @Paytmcare It's a complete and utter deception and misleading the customers. There should be regular check-ins for hygiene and sanitation on every agency. I will be reporting this to the consumer court, if the issue is not resolved

    Funny how @PaytmTravel replied instantly on Twitter saying “we’ll help you”and asked me to DM them. Its been 3 days since I sent the DM and again no reply. Public replies for image, silence in private when it’s time to actually solve the issue. @Paytmcare . Still no replies btw

    @Paytmcare That’s what I want to contest hence my post. The resolution you provided is that you washed your hands off stating that that gift card has already expired and my reasoning is my gift card was not available for me to use for 6 months because of glitch at ur end.

    Really disappointed with @Paytm @Paytmcare support @DGCAIndia I booked a SpiceJet Delhi → Pune flight via Paytm for 30 March 2026. The flight was cancelled by the airline itself, and on 5 April the airline confirmed that my refund of ₹7,934 had already been initiated.
