@Paytmcare @Paytm We have been constantly calling the call centre for the past 2 weeks where we are told that our issue will be resolved bug till date there has been no update! Very poor service and it's a shame that such a small issue is not taken care of properly by you.

@brijbhasin @Paytm I think its worth thinking about what kind of practices we support and give our money to. If more people read the legal fine print of the apps they use (or the apps were made to render this important information in a more legible format) usage patterns might look very different

By mistake I have created two paytm profile with same phone no. I raised a complaint two weeks ago. Till date my issue is not resolved. My fastag is linked with the old profile. As result I m unable to travel creating a great inconvinience . Pls do the needful! @Paytm
