@Paytmcare Yesterday I was trying to do a payment of Rs 246 twice but it failed but my money Rs 246+246= Rs 492 got deducted and didn't get refunded to my bank account. Then today I contacted your 24×7 support they told within 4 hours it will be solved but now 8 hours has passed

@Paytmcare Such a large operation and you are saving cost on basic "customer care". I mean any financial entities which they don't have customer adressal system is horrible.
