@Paytmcare But, this particular amount was not settled in our bank. After frequent visits of customer, we initiated the refund from paytm App. The amount started showing in deduction on 15th Aug Payments. In a nutshell, we have not received 1370/- in the bank settlement process

I booked a bus ticket on #Paytm for a journey between Gwalior and Indore. However, the bus broke down at the starting point around 1 AM. We were left waiting with no response from the bus operators. No alternative arrangements were provided, nor was any refund issued @Paytm

Hi @Paytmcare, My bus was cancelled by the operator due to mechanical issues but I haven’t received my refund yet. Order ID: 25749060402 Bus Ticket No.: 10276 Paytm Complaint ID: 22204798379 It’s been 5+ days without any response from support. Please resolve this urgently.

@Paytmcare But while refunding, it got deducted from our total amount of that particular day. So we are in loss of 1370/- due to PAytm. Please help
