@Paytmcare I’m facing an issue with my Paytm postpaid activation. I was trying get it understand by your customer care agents many times but they couldn’t help me to get it resolved. The 24/7 service is a bullshit I tried it and it’s a bot which gives you some stupid replies.

App based service providers who make it really difficult to get #customersupport over phone must be #penalized for #malfunctioning support pages. @paytm would then pay in loads!!!
