I don't know if it's before the IPO or after the IPO, but @Paytm customer service has gone down drastically. Shareholders ka care nehi kar sakte toh atleast apna customers ka to care karo! @Paytmcare

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Bug in Paytm app - I paid my son’s postpaid bill thru Paytm app and then converted to prepaid, but the app is still showing up as postpaid and not able to pay bills, how to resolve. Your helpline chatbot doesn’t have this problem statement
