@Paytmcare my aunt has had a terrible experience with @Paytm KYC. No response inspite of raising tickets. Rs 16k blocked on wallet!! Wallet no: 9821088991 Pls escalate and contact her. It seems Paytm doesn't care for senior citizens to do KYC

@Paytm, @Paytmcare Paytm mall ki koi bhi products purchas karne jaisi nahi hai, damaged products dene ki baat aati hai to 1 month tab koi reply nahi aata hai. So, please alert to purchase any product becz when will be problem, no reply from Paytm end.
