I was booked ticket by a mistake 10 pm in place of 10am and i want to cancel my tickets but customer care personal denied. My ticket id is 22119944923. @Paytm @Paytmcare please look my concern.if you have no right to cancel why your app offers tickets booking.

@Paytmcare Worst app. They will tempt you with fake add money offers.When customer added money after applying promo you won't get cashback.They will ask for screenshot which their app won't allow you take. Be careful
