@Paytmcare , @Paytm The worst customer care service I've ever come across is PAYTM. I've been trying for last 3 days and called over a hundred times on customer care number, but still I'm unable to connect to any agent, so that I could resolve my query.

@Paytmcare I've opened a account with my mobile number. When i want to open a savings account with it at the time of KYC it wasn't working after giving pan/adharcard details. So I've tried it with another mobile number and it shows now that the given data is in use help me out.

@Paytmcare please respond to my DM. You don't allow us to talk to customer representatives, then your chat bot or call bot is worst and other lines are busy. So no option there. On top email you don't monitor. And now no reply on DM. What exactly you are doing?
