@Paytm Your helpline system is awful; around 4 hr back a fraudlt transact has occurd from my Ptm acc; still unable to connect on helpline. The <1min waittime never gets over. I have reported the mattr to cyber crime. Req you to stop the Amazon gift card payment at the earliest

I had an issue on #paytmpostpaid on 7th with a repayment of my dues. I paid the dues but it did not reflect in my account then. So They added an over due to my account after it. Even after the payment reflected and confirmed on @Paytm , the overdue was there of 295.

@Paytmcare I am a customer of yours. Someone stole 2652/- from my payTm wallet today in the morning around 10:35 am. I gave the information to your cybercell through mail and I got the reply asking me to provide transaction reference number etc. when will I get resolution?
