@Paytmcare has really deteriorated over years first they show your transaction as pending make you cancel it and then repay and they wont even refund because their app was having a glitch where apparently the transaction was already cleared they just kept showing it as pending

@Paytmcare @Paytm I am not receiving any revert from customer supp regarding my Airticket refund. Airline has confirmed that amount has been refunded to Paytm but Paytm care has stopped responding to my mails and query in app.
