@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm I use paytm extensively.had done my KYC.suddenly since last Sat I got a message that my KYC needs to be done.I rushed to the nearest KYC as shown in your site.the owner also saw & confirmed that KYC had been done. however still can’t use Paytm.SOS

@Paytmcare I have facing problem where I was not able to redeem 500 rs gift card in my paytm account. It is due to something did by paytm care. I have lodged so many complaint but paytm never responded. It is really sad that how paytm is treating their customer who trust them.

@Paytmcare MY fastag issue is not yet resolved. There is no proper response. There is no any grievance cell to raise complaint. No contact number. 24/7 helpline is uttar bullshit. Whybdo you need 48 to 72 hours to respond to a message. Pathetic service and horrible treatment.
