    @Paytmcare Please help in this. I have been struggling to get my refund from last 45days but either they aren’t responding or giving new excuses. Is it so difficult to get refund of a cancelled flight? Instead of giving damages, they aren’t even giving original refund. @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

    Really disappointed with Paytm’s service. There’s no proper resolution to issues, and reaching customer support is a struggle. Even when you do get through, they don’t listen they just repeat their scripted responses. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness

    @Paytmcare You are providing inconsistent responses. On one hand, you state that “the scratch card is expired and no longer applicable,” while on the other, you mention that “the concern is being looked into.” I request you to thoroughly review my issue and provide an answer/resolution.

    @Paytmcare I have also shared the alternative number of mine if you are not able to call on my primary number so you can call on my alternative number. But you guys are not ready to call me.. Is paytm only buying a plan for internet access. @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar shameless people
