@Paytmcare bus number sent in message is wrong and i cannot find the bus before it leaves . The communication between me and conductor is not good.I want refund If this problem is not resolved, i am not using paytm again and also make sure everyone I know are also not using .

@Paytm most useless customer service. Despite balance in wallet fast tag say low balance. Your 24/7 has predefined question menu so of no use. You call hep centre it say KYC issue. What KYC issue no one know.
