    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 4 days unable to transact due to “Malicious app found” error. No proper customer care response, no support, no solution, no direct contact or callback from Paytm. The issue is dragging in a very lethargic way while customers suffer.

    Officially as of now @Paytmcare has refused to compensate me on their service failure. I have logged complaint on consumer forum as of now against them and Shymoli Travels. I don't want any coupon code I want full reimbursement @vijayshekhar what is your company doing??

    @Paytmcare Your “issue resolved” reply is false. The ~5% buy-sell spread on Digital Gold still exists the moment I buy. You mentioned only 3% GST but gave ZERO breakup for the rest. Gold prices are rising yet I’m losing money. Provide full detailed charge breakup

    Dear Paytm, I had a serious issue as my almost all the UPI I'd linked with paytm are blocked and incoming payments are unable to receive in that UPI I'd. I request you to understand my problem and unblock my UPI I'd and able to use as earlier. @Paytm @Paytmcare @UPI_NPCI

    Paytm for Business has got to have one of the worst customer service systems I’ve ever dealt with. A “specialist” is always being assigned but somehow never actually shows up. The AI bot just loops in the same useless response. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
