    @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Worst customer care service. I had raised ticket for updation in account details of Paytm Bank. Ticket number 3233932445 My issues not resolved yet. I had raised many tickets and customer care call from last 2 months all where closed automatically.

    @Paytmcare Have been connected to one of the executives. But the wait time this long is highly not acceptable in such scenarios wherein the account is being breached. Nor chat with us allows custom message to be sent. There are multiple fake handles of paytm customer care asking to DM
