@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare No one should book air ticket from paytm. The UI is very good but after sales service is pathetic. No one to talk. U raise a ticket and wait for endless hours. The contact details were jot updated with airline on my ticket.

@mahipalsbishnoi @Paytm @Paytmcare They just block your account and keep accepting money they are holding my money as well asking me to file a police report for fraud when fruad happened . I guess we should start reporting Paytm on Play Store and i will also ask my frnds to do the same they are scam artists

My Paytm postpaid is not working from few months. I tried 24x7 customer service for help but didn’t get any solution to my problem and there is no way to speak to your customer care executive Unfortunately I have to post it here. @Paytmcare @Paytm

I have not got any refund into my account. I have also shared the bank passbook details to the Paytm Support. Still they are not able to give me any solution from past 25 days. Please look into the matter asap and assist us with the refund. @PaytmMoney @vijayshekhar @Paytm
