@Paytm I took your paytmfirst and tried to use one of coupon for ZEE5. I get ‘coupon expired’ error. The 24/7 chatbot has no relevant options and I can’t reach a human either. Did I do mistake by taking the paytmFirst ?

Its nearly 1 week now and still @paytmbankcare @PaytmCybercell @Paytmcare didn't closed the ticket .. Hectic support ever i witnessed, Guys never use Paytm related apps anymore When you are in trouble , nobody gonna clear queries , they dont even a telecalling executive , Shame

NEED HELP!! SHAME! @Paytm @Paytmcare I did my credit card payment on 7 March but still doesn't receive it. When I raised a ticket, represented told me they will get back to me with the final resolution on 13 March but still no response.
