Next problem, 24x7 support is a total scam. There is no way to speak to an support executive. Either on website or phone same message is repeated like a broken record with no option to speak to executive. @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare the vouchers which available in @Paytm is not working, and this is not first time every time we facing this issue , if you don't want to provide us , then pls don't give us this type of voucher because this is waste of time and our hopes.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm, 1. Worst ever Fastag Service I have seen so far. I have added 500 Rs. in wallet yesterday and when I was standing on the toll booth, it showed 0 Rs in the wallet and hence been told by toll staff to stay aside untill the payment shows in the wallet.
