The worst experience with @Paytm ..where you need to follow up to get your own money back from them, endless calls and follow ups. The worst service and false declarations. Never booking a flight ticket from you, very disappointed. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar new paytm security update is great, hwvr thr is a flaw. my father added 10k via App in his wallet, but he is unable to access the same since the wallet is linked to his no./sim that resides in his feature phn. why ws the txn allowed. no help from ur cc.

I am facing issue of payment not received by paytm money (MF) and Customer care state that he/she has checked and reply me everything is fine.. If everything is fine then where's my money? In time of urgency I am going through this for getting my own saving @Paytm @PaytmMoney

@Paytmcare Once the customer pays the premium, mailing the insurance policy is plain common sense. Though all the details were sent, why do you need Order ID once again through DM? Are you interested to send the policy or not or do you want to gobble up our money?
