  @PaytmBank @Paytm - Look at this from your Chatbot. We are living in the age of AI and your apps conversation goes like this. My 6-year-old can create a better bot using Claude than your customer care. Me: I want to transfer my balance and FD out of Paytm Payments Bank. Paytm Care: Please log into the Paytm Payments Bank app Me: But the app isn't working, it's been replaced by a notice Paytm Care: Very sorry about that. Can you detail the specific issue? Is it a freeze etc etc Me: It's been replaced by a notice saying that RBI has suspended the license. Paytm Care: I'm sorry but I'm not equipped. Please log in through the Payments Bank app.

  Dear @Paytm @MyPaycare ,why is there no option to block a sender from sending money through your app? Don't you get it that money can be used as a tool of harassment? Or should I use you for promoting that harassment
