Mr @Paytmcare is there no way I can resolve my problem? Payment debited, not received by merchant. Chat is useless AI stuck with ome answer. IVRS after 15 min, finally refuses its own OTP. No mail for grievance. Uber driver now threatening me. Should I pay twice & exit #Paytm?

@RatanSharda55 @Paytmcare Not just them. Many have walked out of customer care...Ajio, Ola, Flipkart...post sales service no in our enterpreneur's DNA. Buy off the shelf or buzz off is their motto.

@RatanSharda55 @Paytmcare I got a sms seeking OTP confirmation when I attempted to make payment to some shop. Paytm sent SMS that they dont ask for OTP. So I uninstalled,again reinstalled after sometime but the same problem occured. Some miscreants hack the site.Therefore I uninstalled Paytm permanently.
