    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmTravel i booked bus tickets for 5 passengers from Bangalore To Mangalore. Bus got cancelled. Took another bus and paid double the fare. Now need refund of my paytm booking? Customer care doesn't respond? What's the next step? Anyone can call?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare having blocked my wallet to update KYC, the least that you could have done is to make it simpler and easier to complete the KYC. App is useless for KYC update or resolution of issue, customer care non-existent and my wallet use stopped! 😤

    @ssriganesh92 @HarishT78 @Paytm True...but ppb servers are never down. And mostly the merchants (who use Paytm scanners) use ppb, do end to end payments is lot faster than using any other bank accounts.
