@Paytmcare It wasn't Paytm who cases the scare, it was @ViCustomerCare and their service. My pack was over and later I recharged they sent me all otp's after few hours. It's pathetic and unsatisfactory you'll receive from these people they rejected multiple times to solve my issue. I'mSorry

@Paytm I made a payment of INR 30 to a merchant on 27 May, 2022. But the payment was failed. Also my money has been deducted from my bank account. It is saying that the money will be refunded in 2-3 business days but today it has been 5 days but i got no refund. Please help me.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @One97 cust care guy forwarded the same to them and said I will get resolution. But nothing has been done or no update on my ticket. Now I have only option left to wait till tomorrow or escalate this issue to nodal office or file in consumer court.
