@Paytm @Paytmcare Food wallet of customers are not working in my shop . And Still I didn't get the resolution. Your customer support , email helpline , Twitter support are all at worst level of hypocrisy and fraud . It has been one month now . But all in vain :(

A little first name correction of 1 letter on @Paytm app needs innumerable support tickets and calls. Asking for Gazette notification as if I got my real name changed, rejecting KYC repeatedly from 6 months. So much for support automation and robotic executives @vijayshekhar

My problem is not solved even after emailing to @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank. 100 rs charge should to charged accordingly. My amount is not credit since a month on my Paytm postpaid account. After several messages calls and even tweets there is no solution from your side.
