@Paytmcare i have initiated request on deletion of my paytm postpaid account since last 3 month but its still not getting deletion. Each time i get is msg that on next month it will be deleted. More than 3 monts but no response. Pathetic service 😡🤬

Writing this post to highlight a very serious issue with customer service of Paytm. After clearing all dues of Paytm postpaid services i had used in the month of Oct 2022 still the team is continuously harrassing over call without investigating the case @Paytm @PaytmBank @RBI

@Paytmcare I got the following message on my mobile. " DEAR CUSTOMER WE WILL HOLD YOUR PAYTM AMOUNT AFTER SOMETIM COMPLETE YOUR PAYTM KYC WITHIN 24 HR CALL 8649859914 THANK YOU" Obviously not from you but an attempt from some fraudster. Pls.take action as the number is mentioned

@NPCI_NPCI if payment stuck in UPI apps like @Paytm @PhonePe... Apps refund them after 2/3 days then who use that payment for three days. Why we can't solve that problem instantly? It's so painful to not get refund that money in emergency need.
