I have placed an order in bigbasket 10 days back through Paytm wallet , for that I received cashback..but even after 10 days I didn't receive my cashback. Pls look into the issue @Paytmcare @Paytm . Your customer care service has become worst nowdays with that Paytm assistant.

@vijayshekhar was a big fan however 1. a ecommerce site with no active call center, no proper feedback mechanism. 2. Even lodging fraud is a big issue. 3. No commitment or guarantee in providing item on time .. sorry sir @Paytm lost its charm soon than anticipated @paytmmallcare
