    @vijayshekhar @Paytm You need to improve your customer support too, because no one replies to questions sent on your paytm bank care's twitter handle. Apparently they don't seem to "care" anymore.

    @Paytmcare My amount is deducted, that's not a problem. Your refund process only the problem, Account/Card number: 9715870765@paytm Refund reference number(RRN): 132840489572 It's your refund reference number but amount not credited.
