As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund.   @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare they dont have customer care, worst AI bot, not able to understand queries, only few Automated reply, worst, worst worst company, dont go with paytm
