I can receive otp but there is no provision to login to app with otp alone. What kind of stupid design is this where one can't even login to app?

Shanzil Kabir (@KabirShanzil) reported@Paytm @Paytmcare I'm unable to make any UPI Payment from Paytm App from the past few days, All transactions are getting declined stating "UPI Risk Policy" whereas I'm able to make payments from other UPI Apps easily. And it is so hard to connect to Customer Care thru your app.
