  @Paytmcare @Paytm I made a payment and Paytm showed FAILED. I tried again and the second payment went through. Later in the evening, I checked and saw that the first “failed” transaction was actually successful too. Now I’m charged twice and the help bot isn’t working.Resolve pls

  I booked a flight on paytm for 15 December but the flight got cancelled by the airline due to heavy fog. Now, I want refund and the paytm support isn't helping at all the customer support is a trash Ai that just send automated text I have been trying for more than 10 days @Paytm

  @Paytmcare I hv sent u hundreds of msgs. This one is the only ack so far from your side. I hv raised the issue many times on paytm support, everytime u close the ticket without any resolution. Why can't u call me once to understand things better?
