@Paytmcare Your KYC Agents are charging money for KYC And stating that the process is not free Please clear the confusion and i can attach the payment receipt generated through UPI if you want. If it’s free make sure of it because in the help section the concern isn’t listed.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I paid credit card bill on your platform on 23rd dec but it’s still under process. Your chat bot is saying it’s only 4 hours before. Since 23rd my fine has been increased by 3k bcz of your slow service. No direct chat option or customer care help.
