    Hey! @Paytmcare it's been more than 24hrs I haven't received any call from your executive when the stipulated time of reply is given 4 hrs. Nobody has reached out to solve my problem as of yet.

    @airindia Yes- but Please understand that's it's also your responsibility that if flight is cancelled by u then refund should be released by third party to customer on immediately basis. Why they are keeping customer on wait stated that RA is not approved so it will take 44 days @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Redirecting me isn’t a resolution. This issue has been pending for long and impacts access to my wallet funds. Please escalate internally, assign a case owner, and share a ticket ID with a clear resolution timeline.
